我，断绝一切障碍， 安坐莲花之座。具有无漏安乐增长之月亮靠背。 向无漏大乐顶礼。 以殊胜衣裳和众多珍宝庄严。 右掌施胜，赐予修行之成就。 左手邬波罗花，是无瑕清净之象征。 双手方便与智慧相结合。 向无边双运身顶礼。 如是顶礼。 如上以偈颂供养。曼茶罗是：地基香气等。 嗡 咕噜 阿雅 达热 萨巴热瓦热 贝 惹那 曼茶罗 布吉达耶 阿 吽。（藏文：ༀ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱརྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བྷྱཿརཏྣ་མཎྜལ་པཱུ་ཛི་ཏེ་ཨཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru ārya tāre sa parivāra bhyaḥ ratna maṇḍala pūjite āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 圣者 度母 及其眷属 宝 曼茶罗 供养 阿 吽。）如是供养。之后顶礼并赞颂，顶礼二十一度母三遍。圣尊至尊度母及， 十方三世安住之， 诸佛菩萨一切众， 以全然虔诚敬顶礼。 鲜花 熏香 明灯 香， 食物 乐器 等等物， 真实陈设 意幻化， 祈请圣众欢喜纳。 无始以来直至今， 十不善业 五无间， 心为烦恼所控制， 所作一切皆忏悔。 声闻 缘觉 菩提心， 各自异生 等等众， 三时所积诸善根， 我皆随喜此福德。 众生所有诸希愿， 以及智慧之差别， 大小共同诸乘法， 祈请转动妙法轮。 轮回未空之际前， 不入涅槃以悲悯， 从苦海中得解脱， 祈请垂视诸有情。 我所积聚诸福德， 愿皆成为菩提因， 不久能成众生之， 引导导师祈愿成。 前方至尊母之心间月亮之上等，广大观想。心咒百字及，长咒尽力念诵。 最后心咒中，萨瓦 帕邦 协谛 咕噜等。（藏文：སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཤནྟི་ཀུཾ་རུ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pāpaṃ śanti kuru，汉语字面意思：一切 罪 寂静 作。）及加入增补词，如上念诵。至尊 薄伽梵母具大悲，我及无边诸有情， 二障清净二资粮，迅速圆满证菩提， 祈愿速得圆满佛。未得之前生生世，亦得天人胜妙乐， 成办一切遍知智。

I, who have abandoned all obscurations, Sit on a lotus seat. With a moon backdrop that increases stainless bliss. I prostrate to the great stainless bliss. Adorned with supreme garments and many precious jewels. The right hand bestows supreme gifts, granting accomplishments in practice. The left hand holds an utpala flower, a symbol of flawless purity. Both hands combine skillful means and wisdom. I prostrate to the indivisible union body. Thus, prostrate. As above, offer with verses. The mandala is: the base, fragrance, etc. Oṃ guru ārya tāre sa parivāra bhyaḥ ratna maṇḍala pūjite āḥ hūṃ. Then, with prostrations, praise, prostrating to the Twenty-One Taras three times. Noble and venerable Tara, Who dwells in the ten directions and three times, To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, I prostrate with complete devotion. Flowers, incense, lamps, and perfumes, Food, music, and so on, Actually arranged and mentally emanated, I offer to the assembly of noble ones. From beginningless time until now, The ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, With the mind controlled by afflictions, I confess all that I have done. Listeners, solitary realizers, Bodhisattvas, Individual beings, and so on, Whatever merit has been accumulated in the three times, I rejoice in that merit. According to the thoughts of all sentient beings, And the differences in their intelligence, Great, small, common vehicles, I request the turning of the Dharma wheel. Until samsara is not empty, Without passing into nirvana, with compassion, Liberating those who are drowning in the ocean of suffering, I request you to look upon all sentient beings. Whatever merit I have accumulated, May it all become a cause for enlightenment, May I quickly become the glorious guide Who leads beings. In front, on the moon at the heart of the venerable mother, etc., contemplate extensively. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra and the long mantra as much as possible. Finally, in the heart mantra, sarva pāpaṃ śanti kuru, etc. (藏文：སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཤནྟི་ཀུཾ་རུ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pāpaṃ śanti kuru，汉语字面意思：一切 罪 寂静 作.) and add the supplementary words, recite as above. Venerable Bhagavati, compassionate one, for me and all limitless sentient beings, Purify the two obscurations, quickly complete the two accumulations, and attain enlightenment, I pray that you grant the attainment of perfect Buddhahood. In all lifetimes before that is attained, may I also attain the supreme bliss of gods and humans, And accomplish the all-knowing wisdom.

祈请您垂念。 障碍、邪魔、瘟疫和疾病等，各种非时而死的状况，恶梦和不祥之兆，以及八怖等一切逼近的灾难，祈请迅速平息，悉皆灭除。 祈请您令世间和出世间的一切吉祥、安乐、圆满，增长广大，一切愿望，无需勤作，自然成就。 祈请您令修持精进，正法增盛，恒时修持您，得见殊胜尊颜，证悟空性之义，珍贵的菩提心，如上弦月般增长广大。 如是祈请。 从我宿世以来…… 祈请至尊圣救度母及其眷属垂念我。 您们具有遍知的智慧，慈爱的悲心，成办事业的威力，救护的无量神力。 祈请您令佛陀的教法兴盛广大，护持教法的贤士们身心安康，寿命绵长，事业广大，世间一切处风调雨顺，年成牲畜恒时丰饶，疾病、争斗、盗贼、饥荒和恶兆等悉皆消除，吉祥圆满，一切有情皆得安乐，生起二种菩提心，最终获得无上圆满正等觉的果位。 特别是瑜伽士我等师徒眷属等，或者，特别是施主眷属等的疾病、邪魔、罪障、违缘、障碍一切悉皆寂灭，祈请您令顺缘寿命、福德、权势和财富等一切殊胜功德，更上层楼，增长广大。 ༄། །四支曼扎。 此外，第三曼扎是： 顶礼大悲度母。 千手千眼度母…… 药王…… 如药灭病…… 慈悲善巧…… 如地承侍…… 如水清凉…… 如火成熟…… 如风增长…… 如空周遍度母，顶礼。 如是顶礼。 供养亦如上。

Please consider me. Obstacles, demons, plagues and diseases, all kinds of untimely deaths, bad dreams and inauspicious signs, and all the approaching disasters such as the eight fears, please quickly pacify and eliminate them all. Please make all the auspiciousness, happiness, and perfection of the world and beyond grow and expand, and all wishes be fulfilled effortlessly and spontaneously. Please make the practice diligent, the Dharma flourish, constantly practice you, see the supreme face, realize the meaning of emptiness, and make the precious Bodhicitta grow and expand like the waxing moon. Thus pray. From my past lives... Please, venerable holy Tara and your retinue, consider me. You have the wisdom of omniscience, the compassion of love, the power to accomplish deeds, and the immeasurable power to protect. Please make the Buddha's teachings flourish and expand, the virtuous ones who uphold the teachings be healthy and long-lived, their activities expand, the weather be favorable in all parts of the world, the crops and livestock be always abundant, and diseases, conflicts, thieves, famines, and bad omens be eliminated, auspiciousness be complete, all sentient beings be happy, the two kinds of Bodhicitta arise, and ultimately attain the supreme perfect enlightenment. In particular, may all the diseases, demons, sins, obstacles, and hindrances of the yogi, my teachers, disciples, and retinue, or, in particular, the patrons and their retinue, be pacified. Please make all the excellent qualities such as favorable conditions, life, merit, power, and wealth increase and expand from above. ༄། །The Four-Limbed Mandala. Furthermore, the third mandala is: I prostrate to the great compassionate Tara. Tara with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes... King of medicine... Destroys diseases like medicine... Compassionate and skillful... Serves like the earth... Cools like water... Ripens like fire... Increases like wind... Pervades like space, Tara, I prostrate to you. Thus prostrate. The offering is also as above.
