After bathing with yellow water, along with fragrant scents and silk garments, they were enshrined in numerous copper boxes. The artisans also adorned the inner offerings made of gold and silver, as well as precious jewels such as turquoise, and in Kyetsang (place name), like a golden statue of Je Rinpoche himself appearing, and outer offerings such as sunshades, rain covers, and crests. After being perfectly completed without any obstacles, they were placed inside. From Je Rinpoche's own relics, many kinds of five-colored relics appeared, some of which were placed inside the statues, and others, along with the Buddha's growth relics, were placed inside a silver gau, accompanied by fragrant powders and divine garments, and placed inside the crest of the inner offerings. The blessings of Je Tsongkhapa's previous gurus, and in vases and so on, there were relics of Je Rinpoche's own ashes, as well as numerous blessed Buddha statues such as Shakyamuni Buddha, and countless dharani mantras related to sutras and tantras, and numerous tantric scriptures, and complete sets of empowerment instruments such as headdresses and hand drums, and robes such as monastic robes, and tableware such as eating utensils and white porcelain bowls, all filled with offering items.

The great monastery also made offerings to me of three sets of nine items, and the learned and esteemed Rinpoche Samding, as well as each of the patrons of the teachings, also offered gifts. To the three Nepalese artisans, each was given a complete set of clothing and other items, seven in total. For the public Mar (a type of food) of Dzongnga (place name), an offering was made equivalent to two hundred gold zho. The Tibetan artisans were also pleased with the generous offerings they received individually. Similarly, the Desi (head of the former Tibetan government) also made countless offerings to the artisans.] Each of the officials prepared a grand Rabton feast with tea and food for the assembled Sangha. {Tsa [Tsab] Ra. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) Tea [Substitute] La, Chyi Bul. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) Public Offering, Sog. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) etc.} The Rabton was celebrated with great splendor, and at that time, there were many auspicious signs, such as the falling of divine flowers. Thus, this wish-fulfilling jewel of a body, with continuous offerings, remained as a source of glory for all beings, including the gods. On the silk cloth wrapping the reliquary, there were also embroidered images of the lineage masters of the Lamdre, Chakrasamvara, and Red Yamari, with very elaborate canopies above and below. The bedroom statue and the images of the lineage masters were well-made and consecrated, etc., and were very auspicious. The splendor of blessings increased, and thus, everything in the three realms became auspicious and perfect, and the nature of benefit and happiness increased more and more. [This is the eighth chapter of the story of the deeds that never cease.] Here it is said: Who knows the biographies of Shakya Singhe Mipham Gon, Manjushri Samantabhadra, and Vajradhara, as well as the protector of the world? Only such a person can write the biography of the protector. Those foolish ones who long to see liberation but have two horns only fly in all directions and become exhausted. Those who are arrogant about the inconceivable state and strive for it, their efforts are bound to be fruitless. However, my effort here is not out of arrogance, but because I was urged by excellent friends, and I hope that this will become nourishment for the faith of others. Therefore, I have only spoken of a small part here. Thus, from the merit gained from briefly recounting the biography of the venerable one, may we never be separated from the Guru, always respect the Guru, and quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment, benefiting all beings.
