Speech and, introduction, the two. Introducing the meaning of the Mother. First is, the body With the seven dharmas of Vairochana. Keep the speech-wind in its natural state. Cut off the elaboration of the three times of mind's conceptualization. The previous conceptualization ceases. The latter is not born. This present moment of awareness, leave it slightly relaxed. Cut off the sudden, swift, and fierce arising of thoughts, and maintain it as before. If it flows downwards and becomes vast and scattered, it is a great fault, so think that such a thing should not happen in the future. Make a great determination. Then, holding it with mindfulness, meditate as before, and it will gradually decrease. For the time being, do nothing other than that. If, even after meditating for a long time, only violent thoughts arise, then in front of you, visualize a golden vajra, about the size of a grain. For the time it takes to eat three mouthfuls of food, focus your awareness intensely on it and stare at it. Immediately afterwards, maintain the uncorrected state as before. Again, focus your mind on the vajra. Again, maintain the state of relaxation. Again, focus your mind on the vajra. Continue in that way and meditate about twenty-one times. Do that every day, and the force of thoughts will weaken and become loose. If that does not help, then as a substitute for the vajra, meditate on the body of the Bhagavan Shakyamuni, about the size of an elbow. The rest is the same as before. If that also does not help, then visualize the guru and Machig as inseparable, loudly proclaiming the sound of Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:断) from their mouths. The body is like burning meteoric iron, moving unimpeded in any direction, about the size of an elbow, appearing from nowhere. Focus your mind intensely on piercing your own body, piercing upwards, piercing downwards, piercing outwards, piercing inwards. Immediately afterwards, maintain the state of non-conceptuality, etc., and meditate as before. Then, all the obstacles to the arising of fickle thoughts and other samadhi will definitely be eliminated. In that way, combining those methods, when you remain in equipoise as before, the mind becomes clear and bright, and you can do whatever you want. You will also be able to remember things you need to think about, etc., and you will not involuntarily mix in thoughts. Quiescence will also reach its end. During these times, if awareness is not clear and is dark, or if you are dull and your memory is not clear during the breaks, it is the power of increasing dullness, so on the roof, or on the mountaintop, or other cool

I went to the white land, looked up, and if I practice diligently, I will surely eliminate it. Secondly, the introduction: From the previous state, with inward wisdom, observe the nature of the mind itself more and more, without letting it be distracted by various external appearances, 20-379 Rest in the state of being nothing and unable to be grasped, and practice repeatedly. For this, the lama needs to introduce it according to the way one's own experience arises. However, the way to practice the meaning of the introduction is: When this mind abides, there is no clinging, and the self-appearance can also be clearly manifested. When moving, the movement itself is the nature, the emptiness of movement between objects, the appearance of movement does not stop, but there is no clinging. Even if various appearances of objects arise, when the appearance is uninterrupted and clearly manifested, there is no clinging, so the three natures of object appearance, thought, and mind abiding are not established as different, and there is no difference. It is also not established as one, everything is object emptiness. That is the meaning of the Great Mother Prajnaparamita. It is the intention of the Buddhas of the three times. Although various names such as emptiness, freedom from elaboration, unspeakable, and ultimate truth have been established, the meaning is one moment of one's own mind, so just by recognizing that self-nature, whether abiding or moving, do not modify it, and abide equally. Cutting the Four Maras in the Dharmadhatu. Secondly, cutting the four maras in the Dharmadhatu is divided into four parts. First, cutting the Mara with Support in the Dharmadhatu: Relying on objects of attachment and aversion such as enemies and friends, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects, in order to generate thoughts and clinging, it is called the Mara with Support. The meaning of having a support is relying on external things such as form. The way to cut it is: For example, when remembering an enemy and gradually generating thoughts of hatred and anger, do not be controlled by it, but at that moment, recite "Phat(藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪)" forcefully. Do not look at the advantages and disadvantages of that thought from any angle, but completely cut it off and abide in the previous Dharmadhatu of the Mother Meaning 20-380 without leaving a trace. Similarly, generating attachment to friends and wealth, and to forms, etc.
