The assembly of emanations and further emanations, along with twenty-one thousand demon soldiers, and a hundred thousand divisions of divine soldiers, along with all the eight classes of gods and demons, all trembling like naked fledglings abandoned on the ground, all became servants of the practitioner. From the light emanating from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in one's own heart, from the naturally abiding place, the Protector with his retinue, Vajra Samājaḥ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाजः, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasamājaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Samājaḥ). From the activity of the heart of Avalokiteśvara, not employing peaceful means to subdue through illusion, but cutting through wickedness with fierce power, O terrifying form, come forth here! Great deity, messenger of the heart, mighty one, may your emanations pervade the ten directions without remainder. Father, constantly in the palace of wish-fulfillment, mostly in the charnel ground of Uccaṭa, sometimes in the cool grove in the form of a demon, now in the palace of the Tsari (Chayu) valley (present-day Chayu County, Nyingchi City, Tibet), your abode is in the rough rock cave, following those who possess yogic vows, accomplishing the tasks entrusted to you, fierce and powerful, radiant one, come forth here! In the past, before Vajrapāṇi, Trakṣad (Tibetan: ཏྲཀྴད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रक्षद्, Sanskrit Romanization: trakṣad, Literal Chinese meaning: Trakṣad), as you vowed, in this place of fierce activity, I invite you to come forth, I beseech you to come for the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings. Ehy ehi mahākāla trakṣad sa parivāra vajrasamājaḥ (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཧྱ་ཧི་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཏྲཀྴད་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: एह्येहि महाकाल त्रक्षद् सप रिवर वज्रसमाजः, Sanskrit Romanization: ehy ehi mahākāla trakṣad sa parivāra vajrasamājaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Come, come, Great Black One, Trakṣad, with retinue, Vajra Samājaḥ). Offer from Argham to Shapta. Offer the inner offering of the three syllables. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Repelling the armies of the Asuras, seizing the power of the white divine soldiers, to the great deity, radiant one, with retinue, I offer, praise, and prostrate. Thus praising, Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हुं बं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ) merge inseparably. Again, radiate light, the five families with their retinues, Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्रसमाजः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrasamājaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ). Oṃ Vajri Bhava Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्रि भव अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajri bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ Vajri Bhava Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ) thus empower. May the impurities of the body be purified into clean water, and the remaining water surge upwards, may all the main retinue be adorned with Akṣobhya as their crown. Clearly visualize the object of recitation. Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla Trakṣad Mahākāla Siddhi Triyaṃ Duna Ja Jaḥ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཤྲཱི་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཏྲཀྴད་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་སིདྡྷི་ཏྲི་ཡཾ་དུན་ཛ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ श्रीमहाकाल त्रक्षद् महाकाल सिद्धि त्रियं दुन ज जः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śrīmahākāla trakṣad mahākāla siddhi triyaṃ duna ja jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla Trakṣad Mahākāla Siddhi Triyaṃ Duna Ja Jaḥ) thus recite the mantra of the glorious Protector, Oṃ Roru Roru Ca Pala Aśuga Mema Hūṃ Ma Bhyo Jaḥ Jaḥ (Tibetan: ༀ་རོ་རུ་རོ་རུ་ཙ་པ་ལ་ཨ་ཤུག་མེ་མ་ཧཱུཾ་མ་བྷྱོ་ཛཿཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ रोरु रोरु च पल अशुग मेम हुं म भ्यो जः जः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ roru roru ca pala aśuga mema hūṃ ma bhyo jaḥ jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ Roru Roru Ca Pala Aśuga Mema Hūṃ Ma Bhyo Jaḥ Jaḥ) thus recite the mantra of the glorious goddess. Then, purify the torma, and transform it into emptiness. From emptiness, from Yaṃ arises wind, above the fire arising from Raṃ, from Kaṃ arise three skull tripods.
