If you are interested at this time, you can do the general offering of the dakinis and the offering of the local deities. Purify the longevity wine and longevity pills. In the vessel of longevity wine, in the wide and vast skull cup (Sanskrit: kapala), Oṃ āḥ hūṃ trāṃ a, from the nature of the five families, the samaya substance that increases life, marked with a red Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥). Its rays gather and dissolve all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, melting and mixing, and visualize it as the nectar of deathless wisdom. Its rays gather and dissolve all the four elements and the essence of desire of samsara and nirvana, melting and mixing, and visualize it as the great essence of deathless wisdom, radiating clouds of the five desires. Namaḥ sarva tathāgata bhyo, etc., bless with the mantra and mudra of the Space Treasury. Then, in front of the assembled disciples, perform the scattering and gathering of flowers, etc., and say this: Well then, in order to temporarily pacify the obstacles to life and obtain the accomplishment of deathless life, and ultimately to obtain the state of the Victorious One, the embodiment of the four bodies and five wisdoms, Amitayus and Amitajñāna, and thereby accomplish great benefit and happiness for oneself and others, therefore, generate the mind to receive the profound longevity empowerment of the Victorious One, Amitayus and Amitajñāna, one deity and one vase. Previously, Jetsun Rechenpa, having heard it once from the wisdom dakini, the queen of accomplishment, his lifespan, which was originally only about seven days, increased to forty-four years. In Tibet, he did not give it to other disciples, but only offered it to his root guru, Jetsun Shyapa Dorje. Later, it remained in a single lineage until the noble Gyaltsen Palzang, and that noble one, according to the prophecy of the dakini, unlocked the seal. This Dharma pervades the entire earth.

Universally. The Sakya, Gelug, and Kagyu schools of thought, all their activities are carried out through this very work of benefiting others. All wise and foolish people in the Tibetan snow region have the same practice. In order to accomplish this life empowerment with all its abilities, we go through the three stages of preparation, main practice, and conclusion. The preliminary ritual involves offering a mandala and making prayers. I offer this mandala as a gift for receiving the profound life empowerment from the Lama and protector Amitayus. Offering the mandala. With hands full of flowers, join palms and pray, please repeat after me. Omniscient one with a body of wisdom, completely purifying the wheel of existence, the precious treasure spoken of today, may the chief one bestow grace upon me. Having abandoned your lotus feet, there is no other chief one to take refuge in. Hero of beings, great Shakyamuni, please grant me supreme wisdom. (Recite) three times. In the sky in front of you, on a precious throne, visualize the victorious Amitayus, the lineage lord Lama Amitabha, residing in a complete form, surrounded by the lineage lamas, and the entire assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as well as the five Tsering sisters and others.
