诶 无量光怙主，玛吉拉准空行母，提普密咒树，热琼多吉扎巴，自在者米拉日巴，法王月光童子，善逝康巴多吉坚，救护众生三怙主，瞻前扎巴炯乃，扬衮曲吉坚丹，心子瞻前仁丹，希日祖普大士，巴拉瓦坚赞华桑。此后，牦牛犊子桑吉华巴，智成者香努僧格，全知法王华桑，班禅释迦乔丹，拉隆香努曲哲，杰尊根嘎卓乔，蒋扬根嘎坚赞。或者，圣者南喀坚赞，嘉协蒋贝嘉措，哲波曲吉嘉措，杰尊根嘎卓乔。心子拉旺扎巴，祈请诸位恩重根本上师加持。现在当下，于此座处，赐予无尽寿命之成就。赐予不变稳固之成就。祈请赐予坚固永恒之成就。光彩焕发，身之安乐力量增长，语悦动听，自声安乐，清晰明净，心之觉悟生起。祈请根本传承上师们加持。于彼等之时，获得之誓言与戒律，欲守护故，请复诵此。主尊如何等作。为感谢圆满获得长寿灌顶之恩德，献曼扎。身受用三时善妙之事物，全部供养于天神与上师[部分亦供养受用]，如是想，请复诵此。从今开始，我等如是作。后行仪轨是，前生起供赞如前行。诵百字明。以苏巴提斯塔作坚固安住，说是同一座。慈氏益众贤等求法者劝请，塔拉纳塔极易携带而作。吉祥！善哉！ 目录 名为长寿灌顶独尊瓶一个之仪轨，名为甘露宝瓶者，敬录于此。
