到了喉咙感到欢喜，到了心间感到殊胜欢喜，到了脐间感到特殊欢喜，到了宝珠处则显现俱生欢喜。再次由名为“吽”字向上升起，在四个轮处依次生起下稳固的欢喜，在顶轮俱生欢喜得以稳固。用三个字解开面罩。这样就进入了莲花（bha ga）的坛城。获得智慧和般若的灌顶，清净了意的垢染。在誓言中，有权依止真实和智慧的明妃。修持道、业和智慧的手印以及光明。是显现果位法身的缘起。第四大灌顶，为了请求词灌顶而献上曼荼罗。依靠您莲足的恩德，获得了主尊的三种灌顶。今天也请主尊赐予我第四种珍贵灌顶的恩德。然后仅仅以语言赐予第四灌顶：此智慧极为 सूक्ष्म（梵文天城体：सूक्ष्म，梵文罗马拟音：sūkṣma，汉语字面意思：微细），金刚藏如同虚空，无尘埃，达到究竟寂静。你的父亲就是你。然后是第四灌顶的智慧，首先赐予口诀：四手印的意义是相同的，因为有传承，所以对此进行开示。四手印的意义有五个次第，在这五个道中瞬间进行禅修。你应当杀害众生，也应当说虚假的语言，不给予的你也应当拿取，应当依止其他的女人，享用五肉五甘露，没有什么不能吃的。守护十四条根本堕罪，这样才能舍弃平凡而成就。这样就进入了胜义菩提心的坛城，获得第四灌顶，清净了三门垢染的一切习气。在誓言中，也有权行持所领悟和宣说的誓言。修持双运大手印，是显现果位自性身的缘起。之后，如主尊所说等，献上酬谢的曼荼罗，从今天开始等，进行回向善根等。第十三：陈设广大的供品，如前加持，从供水到音乐，连同偈颂都如前念诵。同样，内供也如前。

Having reached the throat, one feels joy; having reached the heart, one feels supreme joy; having reached the navel, one feels special joy; having reached the jewel, one manifests coemergent joy. Again, by the syllable "Hūṃ," it rises upwards, and in the four chakras, the joy of stability gradually arises. In the crown chakra, coemergent joy becomes stable. The three syllables remove the face covering. Thus, one enters the mandala of the lotus (bhaga). One receives the empowerment of wisdom and prajñā, and purifies the defilements of the mind. In the samaya, one has the authority to rely on the consort of reality and wisdom. One meditates on the path, karma, and wisdom mudras, as well as luminosity. It is the arrangement of the auspicious connection for the manifestation of the Dharmakāya as the fruit. For the fourth great empowerment, the word empowerment, offer a mandala. By the kindness of your lotus feet, I have received the three empowerments of the Lord. Today, may the Lord also bestow upon me the kindness of the fourth precious empowerment. Then, the fourth empowerment is bestowed merely with words: This wisdom is extremely सूक्ष्म（Sanskrit Devanagari: सूक्ष्म, Sanskrit Romanization: sūkṣma, Chinese literal meaning: subtle）, the vajra essence is like space, without dust, reaching ultimate peace. Your father is yourself. Then, the wisdom of the fourth empowerment, the oral instructions are given first: The meaning of the four mudras is the same, because there is a lineage, it is shown to them. The meaning of the four mudras has five stages, meditate on those five paths in an instant. You should kill living beings, you should also speak false words, you should also take what is not given, you should rely on other women, enjoy the five meats and five amṛtas, there is nothing that cannot be eaten. Protect the fourteen root downfalls, in this way, one abandons the ordinary and achieves. Thus, one enters the mandala of the ultimate bodhicitta, receives the fourth empowerment, and purifies all the habitual tendencies of the defilements of the three doors. In the samaya, one also has the authority to practice the samayas that are realized and spoken. Meditate on the union of the two, the great mudra, it is the arrangement of the auspicious connection for the manifestation of the Svabhāvikakāya as the fruit. Then, as the Lord said, etc., offer the mandala of gratitude, from today onwards, etc., and dedicate the merit, etc. Thirteenth: Arrange extensive offerings, bless as before, from the offering of water to music, recite the verses as before. Please consider me. Please cause me and all sentient beings to be placed in the state of unsurpassed enlightenment. In particular, please cause the Mantrayana vehicle, gathered by scripture and realization, to have all blessings undiminished and to flourish greatly. Please grant me and my disciples all supreme and common accomplishments in this very life. Please cause all activities as described in the tantric kings to be accomplished without hindrance. Thus, request accomplishments. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra twenty-one times, etc. Please forgive what is incomplete, etc., and what is excessive, etc., and especially what is lacking in ability, etc. Then, abide at the eastern gate of the mandala. With faith in the equality of all phenomena. Oṃ, you accomplish all the benefit of sentient beings. Grant the appropriate accomplishments. Please, even after passing into the Buddha-field, return again. Thus, recite three times, and finally with the sound of musical instruments. oṃ ā kā ro mu khaṃ sarva dharmā ṇāṃ ā dya nu tpa nna tva ta oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ muḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आकारो मुखं सर्वधर्माणामाद्यनुत्पन्नत्वात्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ākāro mukhaṃ sarvadharmāṇām ādyanutpannatvāt, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, A is the head of all dharmas, unborn from the beginning), recite and first dismantle the wall of the empowered one.
