Dividing into sets of ten, repeatedly gather it in. Second, relying on the Vajra recitation, it is combined with the Vajra recitation, gathering it in sets of ten. Third, relying on the essential points of the instructions: On the moon in the heart, a white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). From that, the tip of the thread of light that arises is marked with Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ). Visualize that thread winding around the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) seven times clockwise. When the breath goes out, it dissolves in reverse, extending from the nostril through which the air flows. When the breath comes in, visualize it winding around the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) seven times as before. Gather that in sets of ten. Third, regarding vase breathing, there is gradual cessation and forceful cessation. The first is: Adjust the body posture etc. well, and as in practice, eliminate stale air with a long "Ha" sound about ten times, then inhale air through the nostrils, pressing forcefully on the navel. By pulling the lower air upwards, focus the mind on the two airs colliding violently at the navel, and remember bliss and warmth. The second is to forcefully hold the vase breathing while making the lion-like gesture. This should not be done too many times in each session. Second, the yoga of the lower gate mantra should be understood separately from the guru's instructions and notes. The Ultimate Yoga of Dharma. Third, in the ultimate yoga of Dharma, there are two types: common and uncommon. The first has two: taking self-nature as the path and taking appearances as the path. The first is: Adjust the body posture. Loosen the mind into its natural state. In that state, by looking closely at the nature of the mind, one clear and ungraspable thing arises. Rest in equanimity on that ungraspable thing. The second is: Regarding the various appearances of the six aggregates, look closely at these appearances and recognize that they are merely appearances. Relax without fabrication, and then all those appearances will appear as appearance-emptiness. There are also two types in the second: taking self-nature as the path and taking appearances as the path. The first is: Remember the bliss of practicing mantra yoga, and cultivate the mind by recognizing it as bliss-emptiness. The second is: Bless the appearances of the six aggregates with that bliss-emptiness mind, so that all the appearances of the six aggregates will appear as bliss.

Instructions on the Three Illusory Bodies Fourth, regarding the three illusory bodies of subsequent meaning: the illusory appearance, the illusory dream, and the illusory bardo. First, meditate on oneself and all appearances as the mandala of Mahamaya. All of this is merely the appearance of one's own mind. Although it appears, it is empty of truth, like an illusion. Train intensely in the aspiration of illusion. Second, there are capturing dreams, training, and unifying. First, at the center of a red lotus with four petals at the throat, place Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). On the four petals, place the four Anuttaras. Focus on that, or focus on a black bindu marked with a blue A at the center of the lotus. Intensely cultivate the aspiration to capture dreams tonight. Second, once the dream is captured, intensely train the aspiration to transform all appearances into the mandala of Mahamaya when dreaming tonight. By meditating on all appearances as the mandala when awake, even if illusory appearances arise in the dream, they will transform into the mandala as soon as you meditate on this focus. Third, during the day, meditate on mantra yoga and dharma yoga when dreaming tonight. Intensely cultivate the aspiration to enter the clear light of dreams. When dreams arise at night, remember this instruction and meditate on the bindu at the heart. The appearances of the dream will vanish, and clear light will arise. Then, by meditating on dharma yoga, you will be able to sustain the clear light for a long time. Third, there are also three: capturing, training, and unifying. First, intensely train the aspiration that all these appearances are bardo. Also, when going to sleep, repeatedly train the aspiration to recognize the dream as bardo. If the virtuous practice of bardo is always captured in the dream, it is called capturing the bardo. Second, having trained the aspiration of bardo during the day, transform the illusory appearances of bardo into deity forms. Visualize oneself as Heruka yab-yum, all containers as celestial mansions, and all contents as Mahamaya yab-yum or Lama yab-yum. Here too, it is important to intensely train the aspiration of non-truth.
