From the earth vajra Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) comes forth a jewel. From Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:赫利) comes forth a lotus. From Bhrūṃ (藏文:བྷྲུཾ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:部隆) comes forth a Ze'u 'bru. When bliss arises in the wisdom mother through embraces and kisses, the four goddesses urge with "E ma, supreme relative," etc. Then, together with the magic of desire, they enter into equilibrium. From the sound of joy and the juncture of union comes the sound of the letter Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), which summons all the Buddhas and enters into the face of the father. The bliss of bodhicitta, falling into the lotus from the dhūtī path, is drawn by the tongues of the deities through the vajra light's tube and becomes experienced. Fourteenth, the pure meditation is: The unchanging body color of dharmatā is blue. The four faces of the four liberations. The three eyes that know the three times. The hair is raised upwards by the burning of aimless wisdom. The head is adorned with the five skulls of the five wisdoms. The fangs are bared by cutting through afflictions. The four hands of the four activities. The six bone ornaments of the six pāramitās. A garland of human heads as a sign of great compassion. The union with the mother is non-dual because space and wisdom are non-dual. The four retinues are the nature of the four elements, the four aggregates, and the four wisdoms, which are completely pure. Second, to reverse the attachment to speech, the recitation is: Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ. This is the heart essence of glorious Heruka. Oṃ Buddha Ḍākinī Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ. Oṃ Vajra Ḍākinī Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ. Oṃ Ratna Ḍākinī Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ. Oṃ Padma Ḍākinī Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ. Oṃ Viśva Ḍākinī Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ. These are the mantras of the retinue goddesses. In the center of the union of the sun and moon in the heart, the object of recitation, such as visualizing the garland of mantras, also needs to be clarified. Regarding the nature of the mantra, in some treatises, it is said that the seed syllables are tripled, and in Jowo Je's Indian Sanskrit version, quintupling also appears. My lama, some Indian paṇḍitas, said that the general mantra of Heruka can also be recited. Third, to reverse the attachment to mind, the meditation on the completion stage is already explained in the instruction manual. The subsequent activity is: The light rays from one's own heart make the wheel of the maṇḍala into the nature of light rays and dissolve into oneself. The consort also dissolves into the consort. The remaining face and hands of the consort also dissolve into the root face and hands, so that oneself has one face and hands.
