If a prophecy arises because warmth has been attained, then one should practice the conduct of a yogi, thereby connecting the proximate cause with the result. The view of the tantra is just that. The previous lamas of this tradition practiced for three months and meditated for seven days. If they didn't achieve it, they would abandon the deity and not repeat the practice. That's what they said. Starting with the meditation on the non-conceptual tummo as explained, all the ways in which qualities arise are explained by this alone as the main focus of visualization. This is the first visualization of tummo, called the A-thung instruction. Second, the condensed practice of tummo blazing and dripping: All other actions are the same as before, except that in the center of the body is the red central channel. The upper end is inserted into the crown chakra, and the lower end is inserted four fingers below the navel. At the upper end is the white crown chakra with eight petals, the center of which is where the upper end of the central channel is inserted. On top of that is a white haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) with its head facing down. The head of the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) is just inside the upper end of the central channel. Visualize the surroundings and the petals as if bodhicitta nectar were condensing into droplets, appearing grayish-white. Also, it is said that if the visualization is very coarse, it is permissible to visualize only the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) and the central channel at the crown, without visualizing the chakras. Four fingers below the navel, on a red bindu cushion, visualize the fire of tummo, like a good butter lamp, with the tip of the flame just inside the central channel, burning red and flickering slightly. Then, hold the vase breath. The upper and lower winds mix below the navel, which propels a thin flame like a horsehair from the tip of the flame, rising up from within the central channel. It becomes longer and longer, almost touching the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) at the crown. Then, from the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽), grayish-white bindus like poured liquid descend, and the thin flame that was burning is extinguished. The bindus drip and dissolve into the fire below the navel, and feel the bliss overflowing. Repeat the same visualization again and again for three or four breaths. Meditate at least twenty-one times in each session, and experience will quickly arise. If experience does not arise through this visualization, then meditate as before, until the thin flame touches the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽). White bindus descend from the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽), dripping down.

Therefore, the small flame becomes shorter and shorter, merging into the navel flame, and the bindu also silently dissolves into the flame. Believing that bliss arises, after one or two breaths have passed, from the center of the flame below the navel, a small and windy flame arises, accompanied by sound. The stream of bindu rises upwards, each white "skya yer" goes up, merging into the haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head. Concentrate on this for the duration of one breath. Again, visualize the flame reversing and the bindu descending as before. This enhances the experience of bliss-emptiness and eliminates dullness. Meditate like this for a month, etc. These are the two stages of meditation. Mixing with non-conceptuality, etc., is as mentioned before. The third is to learn to increase burning and dripping. The three channels in the center of the body are the same as usual. The four chakras are: white at the crown of the head, red at the throat, blue at the heart, and red or multicolored at the navel. Four fingers below the navel, the tummo is as before. Visualize the central channel within the navel chakra, with the tip of the flame below the navel reaching it. On the eight petals are a ka ca ṭa ta pa ya śa. In the center of the heart is hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). On the four petals of the directions are bruṃ aṃ jriṃ khaṃ. In the center of the throat is oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om). On the four petals of the directions are the four letters laṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ, or you can visualize the four letters moṃ deṃ maṃ raṃ. Visualize the crown chakra and the letter haṃ as before. Perform kumbhaka breath, maintaining the union posture. From the flame below the navel, the flame burns like a horse's tail. All the heart and throat chakras are covered with the light of the flame. When the flame touches the haṃ at the crown of the head, from the haṃ, the bindu drips down like a white horse's tail, nara nara, or it drips down khro lo lo like ejaculated semen, which is permissible. When the bindu drips down, the small flame reverses downwards. The bindu dissolves into the short a at the navel, etc., as mentioned before. The rule of this lineage is that the flame is not considered to penetrate the hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the heart and the oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) at the throat, etc. Secondly, among the types of generating bliss, there is descending with a knotted haṃ letter, descending with sixteen haṃ letters, descending in a subtle way, descending with the bindu of wind and heat, descending by striking with victory banners and weapons, descending with Vajrasattva, etc. The first is, at one's own navel, above the sun is the red a. From the haṃ at the crown of the head, a white haṃ descends, connected to the bindu like a thread. Every five or six fingers, there is a haṃ rotating and wrapping around the thread.
