Through meditating on going back and forth repeatedly, it will transform into union. Combine hatred with the generation stage, combine desire with control, combine ignorance with clear light, it is necessary to explain in this way. Because the generation stage is the solid cause of the illusory body, it is summarized as combining. Instructions on the Completion Stage Second, the completion stage is divided into three completion stages: tummo, illusory body, and clear light. Tummo Instructions First, relying on one's own body with skillful means, and relying on the wisdom of another's body. First, there are two types: instructions on subduing the wind-mind, and the actual practice of meditating on tummo. The first is, in a comfortable place, on a comfortable cushion, with the body posture upright. With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, generate sincere devotion to the guru. In the space between the eyebrows of one's own deity form, visualize a bindu (藏文:ཐིག་ལེ།,梵文天城体:बिन्दु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,字面意思:点) that is white and round, oily and shiny, round and radiant, large if it is easy to meditate on, and small if it is easy to meditate on. It is also said to meditate on it as being the size of a bird's egg. If there is not much difference in comfort, then meditate on it as being roughly the size of a bean. Sometimes tighten and repeatedly visualize clearly. Sometimes, after visualizing clearly once, relax and meditate for a long time. Abandon distractions from other objects and meditate in this way, and you will find obvious signs of touch and sight. If not, you will feel something gathering in the space between the eyebrows, or feel something gushing out, or feel hot. This is one point of meditation. Then, the bindu on the forehead slides upward, rolling like a small worm, reaching the position of the brahma-randhra (aperture at the crown of the head). Pause for a moment, feeling empty. Feel joy in your mind. Then it comes back, reaching the space between the eyebrows. Then immediately goes up as before, reaching the crown of the head. Meditate repeatedly in this way. This is the second point of meditation. Then, in the center of the body, visualize the central channel (Sanskrit: Avadhuti, Devanagari: अवाधूत, Roman transliteration: Avadhūta, literal meaning: one who does not abandon), red in color, hollow, about the thickness of a medium arrow shaft, with the upper end reaching the brahma-randhra, straight from the brahma-randhra to the base chakra, then curving downward, reaching the tip of the vajra jewel. This is the third point of meditation. Again, visualize the central channel and the bindu between the eyebrows as before. The bindu slides upward, reaching the position of the brahma-randhra, above the central channel.

There, it is slightly bright and clear, 11-201 Feeling very comfortable. Then, visualize the bindu moving down from the central channel, making a tinkling sound, or a buzzing sound, or a rustling sound, a loud sound. Contemplate that the bindu is bright and clear within the jewel, and focus on this. After a while, visualize the bindu moving quickly upwards from the central channel, and remaining as before in the central channel directly above the Brahma aperture. Again, visualize it falling into the central channel, etc., practicing repeatedly. This is the fourth visualization cycle. After becoming somewhat familiar with the visualization, it is best to meditate in conjunction with the pranayama practices of the preliminary stage. This is the fifth visualization cycle. Here is one type of visualization: visualize that when the bindu descends, the lower end of the central channel is filled with the bindu, or that the central channel is almost filled, or that the bindu hangs like a thread in the central channel. But the actual practice is the former. By practicing this, a feeling of bliss and emptiness will definitely arise. However, if you do not have great ability, in the first session, meditate on the bindu at the eyebrow center; in the second session, meditate on the bindu at the Brahma aperture; in the third session, meditate on the central channel; in the fourth session, meditate on the bindu falling from the crown of the head as before, etc. After a few days, some progress will be made. If there is still no progress, then, as before, meditate only on the bindu at the eyebrow center for a few days. Another optional visualization is that some say to meditate on this bindu within a single bone source, but this is not actually meditating on the bone, but rather on the meaning of white. Then, repeatedly meditate only on the bindu at the eyebrow center rolling upwards and reaching the crown of the head. Do not let it return from the crown of the head to the eyebrow center. Meditate like this for one or two sessions. Then, meditate on the central channel like a sheep's intestine, like a lung lobe, for one or two sessions. Then, visualize the bindu falling into the central channel. Wherever the bindu reaches, the central channel is like an inflated intestine, 11-202 swollen and full. A feeling of tingling bliss arises. Visualize a white radiance reaching from the lower end of the central channel to the tip of the vajra jewel. Again, moving upwards, etc., as before. Through this, it is impossible not to generate a special, non-conceptual experience of bliss. Thus, these are two methods of enhancement. Even after the experience of bliss and emptiness has arisen, stabilize it.
