One should not make special efforts. Here, not relying on or being attached to any place, body, or enjoyment is called small dependence; not clinging to any characteristics of oneself or others, being without attachment, is called great non-dependence. For both, there is no dependence on the actions of body, speech, and mind, and no dependence on enjoyments, making six and six. Therefore, clinging to a superior place, like saying, "Now I have obtained the place of a leader, the place of a wise person, and the place of a king, I have only obtained this support of the mind," and clinging to a superior body, like saying, "Now it is a human body, superior to a cow," etc., it is very appropriate to abandon the distinctions between place and body and abide without thought, because this becomes the supreme method for realizing emptiness. As it is said, "For the blind person obscured by the dimness of ignorance, what is better than this eye medicine?" Therefore, one should enjoy without being bound by all the enjoyments of the three doors. Bondage is the name of a shackle. Fifth, by continuously meditating on the bliss of everything that appears as being separate from its root, one will attain wisdom that is always uninterrupted and achieve Buddhahood. How is it separate from the root? Because one does not fixate on the nature of the cause that closely grasps all appearances of grasping and being grasped, and the condition that acts together, the nature of the mind is not transformed by conditions, and it does not rely on change. The nature of the mind abandons its own nature and recognizes its own nature. The meaning of being separate from the root is as follows. It is also taught in the Sutra of the Perfection of Wisdom, as it is said: Kauśika ( कौशिक , kauśika, Kausika)! The meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom is this: The Perfection of Wisdom is not dualistic perception, not non-dualistic perception, not with characteristics, not without characteristics, not taking, not abandoning, not subtracting, not adding, not defiled, not purified, not arising, not ceasing, not grasping, not not grasping, not taking, not abandoning, not abiding, not not abiding, not true, not false, not existent, not non-existent, not different, not non-different, not conditioned, not unconditioned, not dharma, not non-dharma, thus

It is suchness, not non-suchness. It is not the non-suchness of non-suchness. One does not fixate on the extreme of truth. The 10-96 non-extreme of truth is also not non-existent, as it is said. Seeing as duality means that the object and the subject appear and are grasped, and this is what is done. Non-duality means clinging to oneness. That is not just an ordinary appearance, but the subject's mind and the object's emptiness. It is not to understand one and different. Not grasping at characteristics, and. Actions that have been taken and should be done, and not contemplating the abandonment of ripening. Even at the time of ordinary beings, there is no inherent nature to reduce all afflictions, and at the time of the noble ones, there is no inherent nature to add purification, and there is no inherent nature of arising and ceasing, and on the path when learning, there is no inherent nature to grasp qualities, and taking and abandoning are not established by inherent nature, and whether one dwells or does not dwell in the upper and lower realms, and whether the practice is correct or inverted, and whether one possesses or does not possess the intention of lineage and non-lineage, and whether the nature of the mind is obscured or not mixed, and even if higher qualities do not arise without conditions, one does not fixate on the nature of the cause, and dharma and non-dharma are equal without inherent nature, and because the mind has no object of fixation, the mind is not suchness. Separately, not fixating on suchness, because it is without inherent nature, it is suchness. So it is said. The ultimate truth is that because the extreme of the fruit of truth has no object of fixation, it is that. That which is not also has no object of fixation, so it is not non-existent. In short, the mind is only awareness, whether it abides or moves, it is only grasped by undifferentiated mindfulness. In harsh meditation, whatever is placed, only the amount of placement is obtained, or whatever object of mind arises, one constantly desires that it is unreal, and this is not called rootlessness. In meditative equipoise or when external objects appear, one also knows where the mind is not distracted. Moreover, whenever conceptual thoughts and so on seem to arise, from the very moment they appear, one does not strive for their inherent nature, and awareness constantly arises, and when conceptual thoughts and so on, which have no cause to arise, do not cease even slightly from the gate of arising, at that time, emptiness 10-97 and dependent arising are not contradictory, and this is called knowing rootlessness. In this, the actual noble path and the subsequent path also arise from before. The meaning of the root is the meaning of being established by one's own nature. Apart from that, it is only imputed.
