Visualizing union with the consort, and joining the hand mudras according to the instructions. From the HUNG (Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HUNG) at the crown of the head, the bodhicitta descends, reaching the vajra jewel, and visualizing the arising of the four joys in sequence. Reciting HRIH (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: HRIH) according to the instructions, visualizing the bodhicitta passing through the central channel, dissolving into the HUNG (Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HUNG) at the crown of the head, and abiding in this state. The third is the Dharma Mudra. Recalling the empowerment of space secret blessing as before, and focusing the mind on the HUM (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HUM) at the jewel place. Remembering the wisdom of empowerment, and abiding in this state. If unbearable bliss arises there, the consort dissolves into light and merges into the HUM (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HUM), the HUM (Tibetan, Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HUM) moves to the root of the vajra. If bliss arises again as before, then retract the consort as before, and move it sequentially to the navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, and crown chakra. If bliss is stable in these places, then through the melting bliss that moistens the mind, and the joy of radiant bliss, expand and cultivate the external appearances, so that all appearances become aids to the blazing of great bliss. The method of expansion is to focus the mind simultaneously on one appearance and bliss, and gradually expand to a larger scope. The fourth is the Mahamudra. Focusing on bliss, abiding in a state of detachment and non-objectification. When, by merely abiding in bliss-emptiness, one is able to repeatedly draw out new melting bliss, then the stages of Mahamudra are accomplished, which is the formless Mahamudra. If a beginner practices, then it is necessary to generate the method of generating bliss by moving the lower winds in the latter two. The instructions do not go beyond these contents, and the direct teachings of the scriptures also clearly explain the Mahamudra with form. The Stages of Jalandhara The fourth is the stage of Jalandhara. Four fingers below the navel, visualize the red and white triangular Dharma origin, with its subtle root inserted downwards, and its large stem pointing upwards inside the navel chakra. Within it, visualize five bindus gathered, blue in the center, white in the east, yellow in the south, red in the west, and green in the north. Perform vase breathing intensely. When inhaling, visualize the breath dissolving into the central bindu. When holding and exhaling, focus the mind on the bindu itself. Do one session of focus on this. When seeing the appearance of tummo blazing or signs such as mirages, on top of the previous, the central channel Dharma
