Reaching the source of Dharma with four qualities, the upper end reaching the crown of the head and the lower end reaching the navel. The five bindus are also slightly located at the lower end of the central channel. Visualize a white Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the upper end of the central channel. From there, a thin branch of the central channel arises and pierces into the space between the eyebrows. Then, by holding the breath, the rays of the four bindus gather in the central channel. Fire blazes from the central bindu. Rising up from within the central channel. The Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable melts slightly, but it cannot drip like butter. The fire passes through the branch and goes to the space between the eyebrows. It exits through the door of the space between the eyebrows. It enters through the left nostril of all the Buddhas. From the right nostril, invite the blessings of body, speech, and mind, and all wisdom, in the form of bodhicitta. The mixture of fire and nectar rises up through one's own left nostril. From the upper end of the central channel, it enters from the crown of the head and dissolves into the Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). The Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) melts and mixes, then drips down, dissolving into the bindu at the navel. Until then, it is sufficient to meditate once at the beginning of each short session. Afterwards, from the bindu at the navel, inner heat constantly burns about four fingers wide within the central channel. Focus the mind on the drops of melting bindu from the crown of the head, going one by one through the path of the central channel into the flame of the inner heat. Some lamas also perform the burning and dripping of single taste, although that is generally not contradictory, it is not permissible to abandon the burning and dripping of the central channel. Fifth, the stage of Inconceivability. Fifth, in the stage of Inconceivability, there are two: the mind entering emptiness, and emptiness entering the mind. The first is: Visualize oneself and all appearances as the glorious Wheel of Bliss Heruka and consort. It is fine whether you visualize four faces and twelve arms, or one face and two arms. In the heart, on a moon disc, visualize a white Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) as the essence of the wisdom being, and the nada and ting of the Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) as the essence of the holding being. All appearances dissolve into light and dissolve into oneself. The consort dissolves into the Heruka. The seat also dissolves into oneself. Oneself also dissolves into the moon disc in the heart, together with the Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). The moon dissolves into the Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). The inside of the Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) also dissolves into the head. The head dissolves into the crescent moon. The crescent moon dissolves into the bindu. The bindu dissolves into the nada. Hold the mind on the nada for a long time. Also, think of it as disappearing into the sky. Abandon all the elaborations of conceptual thought of the three times. Rest evenly in the natural, uncorrected state.

Settling into a Small Session In the state of emptiness, settling arises. For each large session, one should engage in many such small sessions. Secondly, after meditating as before, from the state of emptiness, in an instant, suddenly generate a single deity or mandala, and expand it with the previous experience of emptiness, and remain in equipoise. ༄། །Supplementary Meaning Thirdly, regarding the supplementary meaning, during the intervals between sessions, generate all external appearances as deities, 8-576 and repeatedly settle in the non-objectification of their nature. When falling asleep, as previously explained, visualize the bindu in the heart, or the Vajra recitation, or the various Vajra jewel bindus with seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), or the Vajra bindus of the four chakras, or the bindu on the forehead, or the experience of melting bliss, or the blazing and dripping at the navel, or the object of focusing on the mind entering emptiness, etc. Meditate on whichever one you are accustomed to during the day, and in the state of holding the mind, drift off to sleep, and when the gross conceptual thoughts cease, in the state of their vanishing, fall asleep without being interrupted by ordinary conceptual thoughts, then you will enter the clear light of sleep. Before going to bed, if you strongly aspire to practice that and that in dreams, then first you will practice that and that object in dreams, and then the constant occurrence of there and so on will arise, and its continuity will gradually increase. Then, the deity, like an illusion in a dream, will spontaneously appear. Furthermore, in the dharmadhatu of the mind's natural clear light, which is free from all elaborations, remain in equipoise without any thought, in the manner of abandoning all conceptual thoughts, which is also one of the inconceivable key points of the oral instructions. It is very excellent if you can add the previous preliminaries to it. Also, in some traditions, it is said to be the meaning of the appearance of a whirling firebrand, etc. At the beginning of self-generation blessing, there are also those who give mind instructions. For self-generation blessing with seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), there are seven objects of focus. For those without seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), there are six. For various Vajras with seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), there is one. For various forms, there are nine. For those without seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), there is one, totaling eleven. For the four mudras, there is one each. For the last two stages, there are two each, totaling thirty-two, or one each for the last two, totaling thirty. Or, with seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed) and without seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed)
