Saturn is bluish-black, riding a tortoise, extremely wrathful, raising a staff, with a fist supporting the waist, residing at the northern gate. In the corner of the powerful one, the renowned one has a red-black Rakshasa body, extending the upper body from the clouds, holding the sun and moon. Together with that one, the long-tailed, blue, serpent-tailed one, the dragon form is extremely wrathful, holding a sword and a lasso. All of them reside above their own palaces, surrounded by hosts of stars and demons, having great magical powers, powerful, practicing their own vows. In the wind mandala of the moving direction, a whirlwind is marked by a waving wind banner, the wind goddess residing there is like the guardian wind god.
