There are also three 'po': the complete coarse, the complete subtle, and the complete wisdom. The first has three: common training, vessel training, and essence training. The first is: all the assembly field retinue dissolves into light, enters from the space between one's eyebrows, and dissolves into oneself. The mindstream becomes filled with the non-dual wisdom of bliss and emptiness. This is the common practice that makes the Dharmakaya the path, which purifies the dying bardo. The second is: the mandala of the primordial body becomes clear in that very instant: the two legs spread apart are the wind mandala, the three junctions are fire, the belly is water, the heart is earth, the spine is Mount Meru, the hair, nails, skin, and bone joints are the protective wheels, the eight orifices are the eight charnel grounds, the body one fathom square is the square palace, the three of body, speech, and mind are the three wheels, the Dharma wheel in the heart is great bliss, the channels through which the winds of the four elements flow are the four doors, the eight legs are the eight pillars, and the faculties are the nature of ornaments such as mirrors. The third is: the self-nature wheel that has become like that, is the Lord Chakrasamvara, glorious Heruka, the Bhagavan, with a body color of dark blue-black, like a blazing light like an Indranila jewel, with four faces and twelve arms. The root face is the same as the body color, like the color of a fresh rain cloud, very wrathful and terrifying. The left face is green, with a heroic demeanor. The back face is red, smiling and passionate. The right face is yellow, coquettish and laughing. Each face has three eyes, red, bright, and very agitated, and bites down on four sharp fangs. All the faces have changing wrathful wrinkles. The first two hands hold a vajra and bell, embracing the consort. The next two hold a fresh elephant skin, complete with blood, stretched out and worn as an upper garment. The third on the right holds a damaru, the fourth holds an axe, the fifth holds a curved knife, and the sixth holds a trident. The third on the left holds a khatvanga marked with a vajra, the fourth holds a skull cup filled with blood, the fifth holds a vajra lasso, and the sixth holds the four-faced head of Brahma. On top of a seat of various lotuses and sun mandalas.

With the right leg extended, trampling upon the breasts of the red Kālarātrī lying supine, and the left leg bent, trampling upon the left ear of the black Bhairava lying face down. The tiger skin lower garment comes undone. On the topknot of the matted hair, bound in a disheveled style, is a jewel with a wheel, and on the left side is a crescent moon. The front of the matted hair is adorned with various vajras. Each head is adorned with a garland of five-five dry human heads strung with black vajras, and tied with banners of heroes. Wearing a necklace of fifty blood-dripping human heads strung with human intestines. On the crown of the head is a jewel, and adorned with earrings, a necklace, bracelets, a Brahmin thread, and six great ashes, i.e., seals. Also adorned with anklets, armlets, and a net and half-net hanging from the lower jaw, as well as a girdle with the sound of tinkling bells, and all other ornaments. Possessing a seductive, brave, and repulsive appearance. Fierce and violent, terrifying. With compassion, wrath, and peace, possessing the nine moods of dance. Her consort, Vajravārāhī, is red in color, blazing with splendor like the fire at the end of an eon. The great wrathful mother has one face, two arms, and three eyes. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with the blood and human intestines of demons and other malicious beings, and embraces the father's neck, with her back turned outward. The right hand holds a curved knife marked with a vajra, and with a threatening gesture, suppresses all directions and threatens all beings with hostility and malice. 7-225 Naked, with hair standing on end, and hair disheveled. Breasts firm and full, at the peak of youth. Delighting in blood and dripping with blood. Both legs embrace the father. Possessing the five seals and a crown of skulls, and adorned with a garland of fifty dry human heads. Both are of the nature of great bliss and compassion, residing in the midst of a blazing mass of wisdom fire like the fire at the end of an eon. This is the common Sambhogakaya path and the Bardo purification method; beyond that is the uncommon Nirmanakaya path. The father's secret place is invisible, and from the emptiness, a five-pronged black vajra arises from a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), born from the Tibetan letter Bhyāṃ (藏文:བྱཱཾ,梵文天城体:भ्याँ,梵文罗马拟音:bhyāṃ,汉语字面意思:བྱཱཾ).
