The nectar dwelling in the ocean and so on, and from the hearts of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes and heroines of the ten directions, nectar is summoned, and those who have made beings into the deities of the three wheels are invited. Melt them with the bliss of absorption. All of that dissolves into the three syllables. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Again, in order, the nectar dissolves into the torma, and as it dissolves, the color, smell, taste, power, and potency become abundant, and it becomes a great ocean of nectar. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Bless it three times. In the sky in front of oneself, the syllable Hūṃ completely transforms, and in an instant, the mandala of the glorious Chakrasamvara, the sixty-two deities, with the support and the supported, together with the eight great charnel grounds, is accomplished. Then, with the posture of pressing down with the feet and looking upwards, and with the burning mudra, say: Pheiṃ. From the Hūṃ syllable in one's heart, with rays of light, invite the wisdom being, the mandala of the glorious Chakrasamvara, the sixty-two deities, surrounded by the hosts of elementals of the three realms, such as the protectors of the directions and the protectors of the fields on the outside. Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ. Yoga Śuddha... Once. Samaya Stvaṃ. Samaya Hoḥ. Three times. Offer the water for washing the feet and the water for drinking. In the left hand, from the letter Āli, a moon arises. In the right hand, from the letter Kāli, a sun arises. In the center, from the Hūṃ syllable, the moon, the sun, and the Hūṃ syllable completely transform, and it becomes the vajra mudra. Imagine taking the torma vessel with your hand. The goddesses are true to their samaya, and the words they speak are also supremely true. By that truth, may those goddesses become the cause for me to be cared for. The deities are pleased with the offering of the torma, and from that, the tongues of the hosts of wisdom deities are drawn out with vajra tubes, and they partake of the torma. Oṃ Vajra Aralli Ho. Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ. Vajra Ḍākinī Samaya Stvaṃ. Dṛśya Hoḥ. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer it seven times as before. From Arghaṃ to Śapta, make offerings. Praise with two sets of eight lines. Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are equal, attachment and conceptual thought are destroyed. Although you see all things as being of the same nature as the sky, O Protector, with the water of your extremely heavy compassion, moisten my mind, and may the goddesses grant me their utmost care.

With the intention of offering to the worldly beings: Om Kha Kha Khahi Khahi, Sarva Yaksha Raksha Sa, Bhuta Preta Pishacha, Unmada Apasmara, Dakha Dhakini Yadaya, Imam Baling Grihnantu, Samaya Rakshantu, Mama Sarva Siddhi Me Praya Yachantu, Yathaivam, Yam Thestam, Bhujata, Pibata, Jighrata, Ma Tikramata, Mama Sarva Kara Saya, Satsukham, Vishuddhaya, Sahayika Bhavantu, Hum Hum Phet Phet Svaha. Offer by reciting this three times. Offer as before. All the hosts of gods, hosts of nagas... yakshas... of rakshas... of beings... pretas... flesh-eaters... madmen... forgetters... hosts of dakinis... of mamos... without exception, all of you, please come here and have compassion on me. In order to protect the doctrine and accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. Having made vows and past promises. The great and glorious protector, as swift as thought, with a terrifying form, fierce, violent and unbearable, subduing the wicked, destroying the black side. Yoga giving the fruit of actions, power, strength, blessings inconceivable. Yaksha hosts and so on, I prostrate and praise the eight classes. The eight classes of consorts, sons and servants together, please grant me the grace of all accomplishments. Yogis, ourselves, and our retinues, without disease, long life, and power, glory, fame, and good fortune, may we obtain vast enjoyment, and the accomplishments of peaceful and increasing and so on, please grant them to me. May the oath-bound ones protect me, may the protectors always help me. May untimely death and diseases, and all obstacles and hindrances be removed. May bad dreams and bad omens, and all bad actions be removed. May the world be happy and have good harvests, may grains increase and the doctrine flourish, may all goodness 7-172 be the source, may all wishes of the heart be fulfilled. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and ask for forgiveness for incompleteness and deterioration and so on. Of Yoga Shuddho. Recite the hundred mantras. Om, you accomplish all the purposes of sentient beings. And so on, at the end. Om Vajra Muh. May the worldly beings return to their own places. May the mandala and the mandala deity dissolve into oneself. Make aspirations. Recite auspicious verses. This is the authority to make the torma offering separately.
