Practice these. The key instruction is to visualize a red Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) on the sun in the heart. Visualize all the winds above and below dissolving into it. If even that cannot redeem, then practice the preliminaries, and visualize the guru, yidam, and buddhas on the crown of the head as being of one essence. Invite the buddhas and bodhisattvas in front and dissolve them into the guru on the crown of the head. Make offerings and pray fervently. The other visualizations are the same as before, except that many Hūṃs (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) emanate from the Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) in the heart. Block the nine apertures, the space between the eyebrows, the navel, and the outer doors of the crown of the head with one Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) each. Then, repeatedly perform the visualization of upward transference and forcefully prevent the wind from escaping outwards. There is no need for the visualization of descending. By this alone, one can transfer into the Dharmadhatu. The second is, if one cannot manage the extensive transference visualization, then first adjust the body posture to be comfortable. Practice loving-kindness and compassion intensely. Visualize a sharp sword of wisdom appearing in your right hand, and without cherishing your body, without a trace of attachment or clinging, chop it into pieces. Imagine it as a great ocean of wisdom nectar. Give it to the guru, yidam, and all sentient beings in the six realms. Cut off attachment to yourself, enemies, friends, and all appearances. Visualize the guru and yidam residing inseparably on the crown of your head. Clearly visualize your body, including the central channel, as before. Visualize a red Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) at the navel, and move it up and down from the crown of the head to the navel several times. Then, emit it from the Brahma aperture, emerge from the corpse, and dissolve into the heart of the guru. Visualize this repeatedly and intensely. Also, from the teachings on transference, most of it is similar to that, except that one visualizes the outer vessel as a palace and the inner content as deities. The lower end of the guru's central channel on your crown connects to the upper end of your own central channel, and blocking the nine apertures with Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) is the difference, which is the first visualization. Block with the Roma Kali channel and the Kyangma Ali channel. Visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) on the moon in the center of the wind channel in the heart, and transfer into the Dharmadhatu with Hik (藏文:ཧིཀ་), which is the second. With legs in the center of the wind channel, kneel in a comfortable vajra posture. Visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) on the moon at the navel. Visualize a red Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) in the heart. Block the nine apertures with its light, accompanied by the Hūṃ (藏文, हूँ,hūṃ,吽) of power.

The transference to the heart of the vow, this is the third. Again, having remained in equipoise on emptiness and form, Mixing space and awareness is the fourth. Again, clearly visualizing oneself as the deity, in front, on the top of a tree equal to Mount Meru, the guru Yamantaka resides. Dissolving the guru in the heart into the heart, etc., similar to before. Focusing the mind on the guru's own mind, the three skies, inseparable, blended into one, arises from the stream of blessings, this is the fifth. The yoga of blessings is the exceedingly profound yoga. The third stage of blessings is that one's own body is like skillful means, free from elaboration. The other body is like wisdom, combining the three activities of recitation, practice, and action, the characteristics of the mudra. How to train, the method of recitation, the key points of the instructions, the methods of increasing wisdom, etc., these things are known elsewhere. 6-319 The yoga of wisdom is the great yoga. The fourth stage of wisdom has three parts: combination, main practice, and subsequent meaning. Among them, the first is: Perform the preliminaries as before. With the body having key points, let the breath be natural, and the mind also abandon the scattering of thoughts. Relax and release naturally, and remain in equipoise. The method of cutting off dullness and agitation is the same as the general one. One round of contemplation. Then, by looking intently at the nature of the mind, recognize and meditate on the clear and transparent state. Two rounds of contemplation. Having searched for that clear and transparent state, remain in equipoise on that which is not found anywhere. Three rounds of contemplation. That which is not found anywhere and is nothing, the power undiminished, capable of appearing in all things. As soon as it arises, self and other, and the three states of birth, cessation, and abiding are empty. Remain in equipoise in that state. Four rounds of contemplation. If one becomes well-versed in these, then the subtle and coarse elements of the inner elements dissolve into the central channel. In order to accomplish the union of body and clear light, the main practice is to meditate on the inseparability of depth and clarity. The preliminaries are as before. Meditate on one's own mandala as complete or innate. Without separating from the state of the previous view, in the heart, the wisdom being, in the heart of that one, in the center of the four-petaled red lotus, on the moon is a white A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). From that, light rays radiate. All outer vessels become palaces, and all inner contents become the body of red Yamantaka, and hold the mind. One round of contemplation. The appearance of the deity's form is uninterrupted.
