Entering. Indeed, for each individual, the various dharmas of samsara, path, and fruit that appear in the mind's perception in the three states, although there are instances where cause, path, and fruit are actually established, "continuum" is nominally established. Therefore, for these, one can call them dharmas included in the causal continuum, dharmas included in the skillful means continuum, and dharmas included in the result continuum, but one does not actually establish causal continuum, skillful means continuum, and result continuum. Among these, here, the supreme perfection stage of skillful means is mainly to be determined, and in order to realize it, as a branch, it is also necessary to determine the form of cause and effect to some extent. Therefore, this essential outline should be grasped in this way: determine the object of practice, that is, the reality of the ground; the means of how to practice, that is, the way of practicing Vajra Yoga; the result of practicing in this way, that is, the nature of the Buddha-ground. Among these three, first, the reality of the ground is divided into general explanation and specific explanation of the state of the body. First, it is divided into clarifying one's own system and dispelling wrong conceptions about the causal continuum. Clarifying one's own system. First, it is divided into identifying the nature of the causal continuum, clarifying its characteristics, and showing the establishment of entering and reversing samsara, these three. The first is further divided into three, the first point is to identify the essence: the essence of the causal continuum is the mind, naturally luminous, the first Buddha, the actual ultimate perfect Buddha, named as the Tathagatagarbha, the very nature of the mind that has the characteristic of being primordially united with bliss and emptiness. In general, the mind can be divided into two types: the mind of samsara and the mind of nirvana, and these two minds can gradually transform into the conventional mind and the ultimate mind. For these, in many cases, the terms "mind" and "mind-essence" are used separately in sequence, the actual mind that is naturally luminous is the ultimate and nirvanic mind, and the mind-essence that is distinguished from the two, mind and mind-essence. The eight consciousness aggregates and the fifty-one mental factors, etc., are minds of adventitious defilement.
