Nomenclature Listen, he established a small monastery for teaching and practice in Shugpuk and stayed there for several years. He served as the Dharma Lord of Ngamring and composed many treatises on Pramana. While residing there, promoting teaching and learning, the translator Lodro Pel passed away. He then served as the abbot of Jonang Monastery for six years. He held both the position of Dharma Lord of Ngamring and the abbacy of Jonang Monastery concurrently, primarily engaging in meditation retreat at Sekhar Chung. After a few years, the great Kunchen Chenpo passed away. Not long after that, he extensively propagated the Kalachakra Dharma in the regions of Central Tibet, such as Tsel Gungtang and Yarlung. Later, in his later years, he once again served as the abbot of Jomo Nang. He possessed unobstructed clairvoyance. Once, while traveling from Tsang to Sekhar Chung, he arrived at the Dokchu River at dusk. When his attendants requested to stay there for the night, he immediately instructed them to depart. Without any coracles or anything, he crossed the river alone. Later, his attendants also crossed over in the middle of the night using coracles. When they looked in the morning, the entire opposite bank of the river was filled with soldiers. There are many stories like that. At the age of seventy-three, everyone said that his body was not well, and they requested him to perform rituals for healing. He said, "That's fine too, it's enough to live until eighty-one." At the end of his seventy-ninth year, when he was very ill, he said, "This year I have the freedom not to die." When he was eighty years old, his health was very good, and he said, "Now everyone is in good health." After a few years, when everyone advised him to relax, he said, "This year I am in good health, but eventually I must go." Everything was destined. He possessed immeasurable qualities. He had many disciples who benefited beings. Among them, Nyawon Kunga Pal was the nephew of the Kampa Geshe Nga Darma Rinchen. From a young age, he was very intelligent. He met the Dharma Lord Kunchen Chenpo many times, understood his intentions, and had great devotion to him. Around the age of twenty, his hands and feet began to swell, and he could not walk. He experienced disturbances from Naga spirits. When Kunchen Chenpo went to Sakya, he was carried by friends to request blessings and received blessings.

2-217 Just by touching with his tongue, he was immediately freed from illness. Later, he became knowledgeable in all the scriptures of Sutra and Tantra, and became a great lord of wisdom. He relied on Je Phyo-le-Namgyal (Phyogs-las-rnam-rgyal) for a long time. He also attained complete realization of experience and understanding. He listened to many teachings of Sutra and Tantra, such as the Kalachakra. He engaged in teaching and learning in Sakya for a long time. In his later years, he was surrounded by about six hundred intelligent people and established the monastery of Tsechen. Both teaching and practice flourished greatly. The great accomplished Kundo was born into the family of Shar Khawa. He listened to the Pramana, Abhidharma, Vinaya, Madhyamaka, and other aspects of Sutra, as well as the explanation and practice of the glorious Kalachakra, only from Nya-wön Chenpo. In addition, he relied on many noble lamas and attained countless empowerments and instructions. Although he was born into a royal family, he was not attached to politics. He devoted himself solely to practice in remote places such as Spa-gro (Paro, Bhutan) and border areas. Because of the conflict between his own lords, Tse-shar and Tse-nub, the times were uneasy, but he especially mediated with decrees of benefit and happiness. In his later years, he resided in Thrulzhik Chenpo, and it is said that he was the reincarnation of Butön Chenpo. Jamyang Könchok Sangpo was born in Lato Jangpa, and his root monastery was Zangden. He went to almost all the famous monasteries such as Sakya. He listened to the teachings of the Sakya tradition from Khenchen Jamyang Rinchen Gyalpa. He listened to all the profound meanings such as the Kalachakra from the great accomplished Kunga Lodrö. He revered Situ Rabten Kunzang Phak as his lama. He served as the Dharma master of the new monastery of Nyangtö. He newly established a Jonangpa monastery. Later, both Tse-shar and Tse-nub revered him with respect. He also held the seats of both monasteries 2-218 and the Jonang tradition. Due to sectarian bias, Mkhas-grub-dge-legs-dpal-bzang-dpon-slob (the teacher and disciples of Khedrup Gelek Palzang) cast a curse on him, but he countered it with the Bodhicitta of exchanging self and others and the recitation of the Vajra. The curse turned back, and the teacher and disciples of Khedrup Gelek Palzang soon died. He bound the great god Zangra to his oath. There are many such amazing stories. He is said to be the reincarnation of the great Sakya Lama. The place where Khedrup Namkha Chökyong took his novice and full ordination, and his root monastery, was the great monastery.
