Then, having prostrated to the Tathāgata, the Arhat, the Samyaksaṃbuddha, with palms joined at the crown of the head, the right knee was placed on the ground. The second part is requesting together with other retinues: Then, the Protector, the Lord of Secrets (Guhyapati), the King of Wrathful Ones, Vajrapāṇi, together with various others, spoke these words from the secret praise. This is because, starting from prostrating to the Teacher, he is the embodiment of the activities of the Buddhas, the protector of all sentient beings, and the compiler of the Vajrayana teachings. Therefore, Vajrapāṇi, the holder of the vajra, is the master of the secret mantra Vajrayana, the king of wrathful ones. This Vajrapāṇi, together with various retinues such as gods, nāgas, and asuras, praised with a clear secret tone and subsequently expressed words of agreement. The third part is stating the reasons for agreement: Protector, we agree! Well done! Well done! Well spoken! For those seeking the fruit of liberation, and for the unprotected beings, may you accomplish the great goal of our perfect and complete enlightenment! How is it requested? It is requested thus: 'Ah! Protector, all of us, the retinue who hear your name, rejoice and agree with what you have said.' Why? Because this body of wisdom pervading the sky is well done! Well done! Well spoken! Therefore, for the sake of attaining the fruit of liberation from the bonds of samsara, the wisdom of great bliss, and for the infinite unprotected beings, and for all of us who are in samsara, may you accomplish the great goal of perfect and complete enlightenment. The fourth part is requesting agreement with what has been shown: Showing the way of the net of illusion, this is the pure and excellent path, deep, vast, and extensive, accomplishing the great benefit of beings, this is the realm of the Buddhas, spoken by all the perfect Buddhas. Therefore, the net of illusion, the self-born wisdom, the essence of all Buddhas, the reality and manner of existence of the Dharmakāya, is well shown as it is. This is the pure and excellent path that accomplishes enlightenment. Starting from the stage of the first practitioner, taking this wisdom itself as the path, and practicing well with the six-limbed yoga, this is practicing the pure and excellent path. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For example, the path or method of learning painting, calligraphy, etc., in the world is like learning and becoming proficient in painting, calligraphy, etc., themselves. Similarly, the path to attaining Buddhahood is Buddhahood itself, because one is inherently a Buddha obscured by obscurations. By making the profound oral instructions manifest as the path and practicing them, this is making the result the path. There are also five paths: the path of accumulation, the path of preparation, the path of seeing, the path of meditation, and the path of no more learning. Among these, the path of accumulation and the path of preparation are the stages of ordinary beings, while the other three are the stages of noble ones. The path of accumulation is so called because it is the initial stage of accumulating the two accumulations. The path of preparation is so called because it is the actual joining with the stage of noble ones. The path of seeing is so called because it is the first time one sees the Dharma nature that is purified of what is to be abandoned by seeing. The path of meditation is so called because one meditates on and becomes familiar with the Dharma nature that has been seen. The path of no more learning is so called because it is the attainment of the Arhat fruit, the completion of the path of learning. The path of seeing in the Great Vehicle is the first bhumi (stage), the path of meditation is the nine bhumis from the second bhumi onwards, and the path of no more learning is the Arhat of the Great Vehicle, the Buddha with two purities. Therefore, this completely pure path, this wisdom of ultimate truth, is profound because it is difficult to understand with conceptual thought since there are no three times in the ultimate sense; in the relative sense, it is vast and extensive because it is wisdom equal to space. Because it is of great meaning, the supreme, unchanging, great bliss Dharmakaya activity, for as long as the two form bodies exist, spontaneously accomplishing the benefit of beings, the three kayas and activities are as they are, the realm of the Buddhas themselves. Therefore, the realm of the Buddhas, the essence of activity, the ultimate truth, Manjushri Wisdom Hero, whether it is the Buddhas of the past such as Dipamkara, or the Buddhas of the present such as Shakyamuni, or the Buddhas of the future in the ten directions such as Maitreya, all the Buddhas of the three times, past, present, and future, speak, are speaking, and will speak only to establish this ultimate truth, and because it is extremely important, it is the Great Net of Illusion Tantra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
