All phenomena are common, because their way of appearing to consciousness seems to be the same. Secondly, the realm of sentient beings, its appearance is both a common appearance, and some appearances are not common. For example, appearing to be born and die, and terms such as seeing with the eyes, and the benefit of being accepted, the harm of being punished, the merits of faith, and the faults of hatred appearing on the body and speech, these dharmas are common, because they are the cause and effect of each other due to the cause of the owner. The place, the alaya consciousness and the seven aggregates of consciousness, the happiness and suffering of each continuum, the motivation of karma, where to die, and the consciousness of birth, bound by the seeds to be abandoned and the liberation from them, which are included in their respective consciousness, are the uncommon places of that dharma, because they appear as uncommon appearances in a mutually incompatible way. Here, the terms of body and speech are said to be common, and karma is said to be uncommon, thus indicating that the virtuous and non-virtuous actions of body and speech are not karma. Although some say so, the form of virtuous and non-virtuous karma is extensively explained in the Abhidharma Kosha and so on, and in the commentary here, it is also said that the consciousness of karma, because consciousness is placed on knowledge, it is merely indicating that it is not the consciousness of karma. Secondly, it is proven that what initially appears to be grasped is meaningless, because if both common and uncommon appearances are examined, they do not appear in consciousness. First, this is established, because if it appears, then the appearance of external objects and so on in consciousness must be real, but it is not. Because in illusion, it itself appears to be common, because in examination, what appears to Devadatta cannot appear to Yajnadatta. Secondly, this is established, because if it appears, then one consciousness and so on must become objects of each other, but this is not the case, because for those who are not in samadhi, the object of their own conceptual thought appears in the minds of others, and for those who are in samadhi, the minds of others are known through the image of the clarity of the object of concentration appearing in the minds of others. If one asks, even if the appearance of what is grasped is not established, is the appearance of the grasper established? In examination, the grasper and so on are established, because the appearance of what is grasped is proven to be non-existent. Therefore, it is proven that appearing as grasper and grasped does not exist in reality.

Also and so on. 1-1404 All appearances are merely due to the power of the seed of the Alaya Consciousness, which arises from the beginningless habitual tendencies of not knowing Suchness and clinging to untruth. The reason for this is that the grasping and the grasped Truth is completely and so on. Because it is seen that conflicting consciousnesses such as water and pus arise for the same object. Therefore, the view that appearances as water and pus are different objects is even inferior to the tenets of the Mind-Only school, even among those who call themselves the Great Madhyamaka. Second, the way of entering the Dharmata Nirvana. It is divided into a summary and a detailed explanation. The summary is like 'aspect' and so on, which is 'nature' and so on. The detailed explanation is divided into five explanations, and the sixth explanation. First, the nature of Dharmata has already been explained, because it is completely consistent with the summary. The universally existing place is existent, in general, all dharmas are its place, especially the Mahayana sutras are its place. The basis for determining Dharmata is existent, all vehicles and so on are its basis. The fourth dharma that enters it, namely touch, is existent, in order to newly obtain correct views, in the path of seeing, in a general way, in a manifest way, one obtains and realizes the Suchness of the two emptinesses, and experiences it, therefore, here it is called touch. 1-1405 Touch is the certainty of the meaning of seeing in the path of seeing, and the path of meditation guided by it can be called mindfulness, because what is obtained by the path of seeing is directed to the present by the memory of completely cutting off. There is a special basis, because it is the manifest realization after the path of liberation included in the Bodhipakshika dharmas. Cultivation has a purpose, because it is for eradicating the stains of what is to be abandoned by cultivation. Second, it is divided into the main text and the establishment of transformation. First, there are six, and the ultimate path that approaches the nature of transformation is that impurity does not appear in all aspects, but only Suchness appears, because it is the path obtained when the Suchness of the mind is free from the stains of what is to be abandoned by cultivation. Second, in summary, the ultimate path is also that the transformation is completely or entirely established, even in the path of learning there is transformation, but it is not complete, and there the transformation to be obtained by one's own path is complete, and it becomes its nature. So, in what way does one enter the transformation? Like 'aspect' and so on, namely essence or nature, and thing or substance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
