Even if filled with the fires of the entire great thousand world system, directly passing over to hear the Buddha's name, hearing the name and rejoicing in praise, all shall attain rebirth in that land. Your golden body is as pure as a mountain king, your gait as steady as Samatha (calm abiding). Your eyes are as clear as blue lotus flowers, therefore I bow to Amitabha Buddha (Amitabha). With utmost sincerity, I take refuge in the Western Amitabha Buddha. In your Buddha-land, there is no name of evil, Nor the fear of women and falling into evil realms.
