When afflicted by obscurations (Tib: ྲིབ་), one experiences physical discomfort, loss of appetite, chills, and other symptoms. In dreams, one may see murky water, vomit, mud, and other unpleasant things. One may also dream of wearing black clothes, lying on a black mat, or being infested with lice. These negative occurrences are caused by negative influences such as breaking vows, bad companions, impure food, impure places, or visiting corpses. Either one has broken one's own vows, or one is enveloped by obscurations. This is known as the obscuration of vows, which is a major obscuration. The obscurations caused by evil spirits, bad companions, food, and places are of medium intensity, while the obscuration caused by corpses is considered minor. In dreams, if one dreams of old clothes or dwellings, it indicates a major obscuration. If one dreams of new clothes, it indicates minor, medium, or major obscurations. Therefore, one should understand the types of obscurations and examine them. Second, the methods for removing these obscurations are: for obscurations caused by upper evil spirits, practice the wrathful deities such as Yamantaka (梵文天城体:यम,梵文罗马拟音:Yama,汉语字面意思:阎魔) etc.; for obscurations caused by lower evil spirits, practice Vajrapani (梵文天城体:वज्रपाणि,梵文罗马拟音:Vajrapani,汉语字面意思:持金刚者), Acalanatha (梵文天城体:अचलनाथ,梵文罗马拟音:Acalanātha,汉语字面意思:不动尊) etc.; for obscurations caused by impurities, practice Vajrasattva (梵文天城体:वज्रसत्त्व,梵文罗马拟音:Vajrasattva,汉语字面意思:金刚勇识) and the recitation of the Hundred Syllable Mantra (梵文天城体:वज्रसत्त्व,梵文罗马拟音:Vajrasattva,汉语字面意思:金刚勇识), as well as bathing, tsok offerings, making tsatsas (small clay stupas), confession, and receiving initiations to remove these obscurations. Third, the faults of being afflicted by obscurations are: major obscurations can take the life of a yogi, medium obscurations cause physical and mental suffering and illness, and steal samadhi, while minor obscurations also steal virtuous deeds and cause realization to decline. Therefore, it is very important to remove obscurations. If a yogi does not know whether he is afflicted by obscurations, he is no different from a butcher, so it is very important to understand and remove obscurations. Fourth, what kind of person is afflicted by obscurations? If a yogi is like space, without acceptance or rejection, affirmation or negation, that is very wonderful, and there will be no obscurations, because he realizes that all dharmas are of equal nature. A yogi who is like white silk will have obscurations, because his channels and energies are pure, but he has not yet separated from hope and fear. A yogi who is like ashes will not have obscurations, because his nature is impure. For example, ashes and other things cannot become blacker than they already are. Fifth, the benefits of not being afflicted by obscurations are: if the life force is pure and there are no obscurations, the body and mind will feel happy and clear, and various inconceivable experiences will arise. Whether what the author has said is true or not, the yogi can find out by asking his guru. Part 3: Conclusion The conclusion has three aspects: doing for oneself -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- བསྔོ་བ་ནི། ལོ་

Dedication: In the place where many learned scholars (Panditas) resided, near the Khro phu Monastery, in a place called Shab in Snyan dkar seng ge rdzong, displaying the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination like a lion, Chos dpal bzang pos meditated in a secluded place, with body, speech, and mind in a state of stillness. May the result of relying on seclusion be the attainment of the Samadhi of temporary union of Shamatha and Vipassana, and ultimately, the great wisdom free from obscurations. Third, dedication to the worthy vessels: May the yogi's experience, originating from the Guru's teachings, and the powerful experiential guidance practiced by those with experience and secret instructions, enable those who possess the fortune of experience and profound oral instructions to develop the fruit of experience, the bliss, clarity, and non-discriminating experience, extensively in their body and mind. Third, dedication to all sentient beings: May the merit of recording this experiential guidance be dedicated to all beings who were once mothers, so that they may quickly abandon attachment to the two paths of Samsara and Nirvana, enter the Middle Way that is free from extremes, the path of indivisible bliss and emptiness, and thus realize the four bodies of the perfect Buddha. Alternatively, may the winds of coming and going abandon entering the ordinary path and enter the central channel, the source of wisdom, so that the wind becomes unmoving and the element becomes un-leaking. May the Bindus in the secret place, navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, brow chakra, and crown chakra become stable, thereby realizing the four bodies. Well taught by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, realized through the experience of those with experience, this supreme instruction among instructions, is difficult to find elsewhere, even in the land of snow. Thus, with respect for the Guru, free from arrogance, for the individuals who possess empowerment and Samaya, In order to benefit them and to prevent the decline of the instructions, this meaningful commentary like a wish-fulfilling jewel, should be for those with discriminating wisdom, meaningful, intelligent, and seeking meaning, at the urging of dPal ldan rgyal ba'i sde, skillfully written by bSod nams rgyal mtshan, who has exhausted the Sutras, Tantras, and secret instructions. If there are any errors, may the Guru and Dakinis forgive, and always bless. May this virtue swiftly liberate myself and others from the decline of Samsara and Nirvana, and realize great bliss. Such instructions are rare elsewhere, Therefore, it should be kept secret from everyone. Even when giving it to a worthy vessel, if accompanied by a gold offering, then it may be slightly revealed. This is not my stinginess, but because of extreme faith in the Dharma, the Guru's strict seal, and the extremely strict Dharma protectors. Powerful experiential guidance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
