这部名为《大手印引导：秘密近道释——瑜伽之精华》的论著，是在勇士年（藏历）黑月（十二月）的初一，依靠上师的口诀和经文，由索南坚赞在擦古塘大寺精心编纂而成。 吉祥圆满！这里实际记录的调气法有一百四十章节。 嗡 诸法因生，如来说其因，诸法还灭，大沙门如是说。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཡེ་དྷརྨཱ་ཧེ་ཏུ་པྲ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཧེ་ཏུནྟེ་ཥཱན་ཏ་ཐ་ག་ཏོ་ཧྱ་བ་དཏ། ཏེ་ཥཱཉྩ་ཡོ་ནི་རོ་དྷ་ཨེ་ཝཾ་ཝཱ་དཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲ་མ་ཎཿ，梵文天城体：ओँ ये धर्मा हेतुप्रभव हेतुस्तेषां तथागतो ह्यवदत्। तेषां च यो निरोध एवं वादी महाश्रमणः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ye dharmā hetuprabhava hetusteṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat। teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，诸法从因生，如来说其因，彼等之灭尽，大沙门如是说。）愿吉祥！

This treatise, entitled 'Great Seal Instructions: Explanation of the Secret Path - Essence of Yoga,' was carefully compiled by Sonam Gyaltsen at the great Tsal Gungtang Monastery on the first day of the waxing fortnight of the Black Month (December) in the Year of the Warrior, relying on the oral instructions of the Guru and the written scriptures. May there be auspiciousness! Here, there are actually one hundred and forty sections of wind control practices recorded. Om, all dharmas arise from a cause; the Tathagata has declared their cause. And also their cessation; thus spoke the Great Shramana. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཡེ་དྷརྨཱ་ཧེ་ཏུ་པྲ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཧེ་ཏུནྟེ་ཥཱན་ཏ་ཐ་ག་ཏོ་ཧྱ་བ་དཏ། ཏེ་ཥཱཉྩ་ཡོ་ནི་རོ་དྷ་ཨེ་ཝཾ་ཝཱ་དཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲ་མ་ཎཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ ये धर्मा हेतुप्रभव हेतुस्तेषां तथागतो ह्यवदत्। तेषां च यो निरोध एवं वादी महाश्रमणः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ye dharmā hetuprabhava hetusteṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat। teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all dharmas arise from a cause; the Tathagata has declared their cause.
