Accompanying the ringing of the hand bell, recite the seven-syllable mantra, followed by 'A bhya sha ya A A A' as many times as possible. This empowerment of wisdom explains all kinds of blessings. Actual Empowerment: Tummo (Inner Heat) For the sake of the actual empowerment, please make this aspiration: Please allow that on the crown of each of your heads, visualize on a lotus and moon disc, the Chakrasamvara (Wheel of Bliss), inseparable from the lama, blue in color, with the consort, surrounded by four heart-essence yoginis, clearly visualized. From his heart, rays of light radiate forth, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas come in the form of light and rays, dissolving into the lama on the crown of the head. Visualize transforming your body, possessions, and the merits of the three times into outer, inner, and secret offerings, offering them to the lama, making him pleased. Please recite this supplication: Lama Rinpoche, please bestow upon me the complete four empowerments. (Recite three times.) Visualize a continuous stream of nectar flowing from the body of the lama on the crown of the head, dissolving into the crown, purifying all sins and obscurations from above the eyebrows to the entire body, and receiving the vase empowerment. Shake the hand bell, recite the seven-syllable mantra, and pray for the blessings of the root and lineage lamas. Bless now, bless quickly, bless right here. Recite thus. Then, visualize the previous stream of nectar reaching the throat, filling all the chakras of the throat, purifying the obscurations of speech, and receiving the secret empowerment. Shake the hand bell, recite the seven-syllable mantra, etc., as before. Then, visualize the nectar reaching the heart, filling all the chakras of the heart, purifying the obscurations of mind, and receiving the empowerment of wisdom and prajna, etc., the same as before. Then, visualize the nectar reaching the navel, filling all the chakras of the navel, thereby purifying the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, along with habitual tendencies, and receiving the fourth empowerment, etc., the same as before. The final ritual is the same as the common ritual. Afterward, make offerings and praises to the deity in front of the guru, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Through 'not obtained' etc., confess faults and ask for forgiveness. The wisdom being dissolves into the nature of reality, and the samaya being dissolves into oneself, reciting JAH HUM BAM HOH (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jah hum bam hoh，汉语字面意思：Merge, Combine, Stabilize, Rejoice). If it is a painted thangka, then perform the stabilization ritual. Dedicate the merit. Empowerment of the Illusory Body At the time of the empowerment of the illusory body, the mandala can be either a four-petaled lotus or an eight-petaled lotus, but the practice usually uses the eight-petaled lotus.
