Since it is impossible not to take a human body, then until the state of inconceivable attainment is reached, is it said that Buddhahood will not be attained as Vajrasattva (diamond being)? If so, as mentioned above, for the first one who relies on a human body, without having trained in the three conducts, as stated in the Pāramitāyāna (Perfection Vehicle), in accordance with the name 'Cloud of Dharma' (Dharmamegha), after merely manifesting that, it is necessary to connect with the upādāna hetu (the close or immediate cause). That is the meaning. Is it possible not to accept the Buddha who relies on the form realm (Rūpadhātu)? If so, what is the difference? At the end of the ten Bhūmis (grounds or levels) of the Pāramitāyāna, all the habitual tendencies (vāsanā) of afflictions are abandoned, and at the end of the mantra path, that is also abandoned. Why? Because even at that end, it is necessary to definitely add two Bhūmis. The necessity of that is inconceivable. Connecting with the 'upādāna hetu' which is named, two Bhūmis are needed. Without the sahaja-jñāna (innate wisdom) which is easy to attain, it cannot be connected. All habitual tendencies have been abandoned, is there a method to manifest that wisdom? If so, in the ten Bhūmis of mantra, does it follow that one set of ten Bhūmis does not complete all the qualities of the other ten Bhūmis? Although the methods for completing the accumulation of merit are all gathered in that, in that very life, there is no method to manifest the sahaja-jñāna. What cannot be missing is the special effort to abandon the habitual tendencies of transformation. That is not in the tenth Bhūmi of mantra. If it were, why would the classification of twelve Bhūmis be taught? Think about it. For example, in the Darśanamārga (path of seeing) of a Bodhisattva, although all the realizations of a Śrāvaka (hearer) are complete, just as the latent afflictions are not abandoned through special effort. After obtaining great heat in the mantra system, connecting through conduct, one becomes a Darśanamārga-being, because the sahaja-jñāna that is easy to attain has already been manifested. Therefore, at the end of the continuum of the ten Bhūmis of mantra, there is no contradiction in abandoning habitual tendencies. After that, the unchanging great bliss (mahāsukha), with the complete number, is completed by the two Bhūmis. This is what is to be accomplished. Auspicious! The Classification of the Ten Bhūmis of Mantra: Auspicious! In the classification of the ten Bhūmis of mantra, although the names are the same as the ten Bhūmis of the Pāramitāyāna, the meanings are both the same and different. The same meaning refers to not considering each other to be pervasive (vyāpaka) and equal (samāna), but within that, all the qualities of the other are included, and there are additional qualities. The way of completion is that in each Bhūmi, a great accumulation of merit is completed, and one is able to abandon most of what is to be abandoned by the path of seeing and the path of meditation. The different meaning is that it is only the ten Bhūmis of the Pāramitāyāna, and what is not common to mantra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the second Bhumi (Vimala) or two and a half Bhumis, to the ten Bhumis that are solely of Pāramitā, there are ten ways to enter the Mantrayana. Although there are ten Bhumis, they are not the constant end. Whether or not one enters the Unsurpassed Vehicle depends on whether one has perfected the great accumulation of merit and has abandoned all defilements along with their latent tendencies, thereby attaining the complete enlightenment of Buddhahood. The direct cause and power of Buddhahood are unobstructed and perfectly complete. From the Pramudita (Joyful) Bhumi of the Pāramitās up to the Dharmamegha (Cloud of Dharma) Bhumi, one can enter the Mantrayana from any of these Bhumis. The twelve great Bhumis of the Mantrayana must be fully manifested, because without these, one cannot attain complete enlightenment through the Mantrayana. The two uncommon Bhumis, although they have fully expanded as the pervading factors of the previous Bhumis, must also be manifested at the end of the perfection of the ten Bhumis of the Mantrayana, because the connection of the proximate cause is necessary. Within the ten great Bhumis of the Mantrayana, the ten Bhumis of the Pāramitās are fully present in an upwardly complete manner, and in the two uncommon Bhumis, the constant uninterrupted Bhumi is fully present in the manner of qualities. Therefore, the eleventh Bhumi (Prabhakari) is the ultimate culmination of the fruits of both the Mantrayana and the Pāramitāyāna, which arises from the tradition of the chariot. This treatise is completed. Auspicious! Next, I will explain the ways to enter the uncommon Bhumis in sequence. Svasti! Having paid homage to the all-pervading Chakravartin, I will explain in sequence the ways to enter the uncommon Bhumis of the Secret Mantra. A Bodhisattva who dwells in the Adhimukti-carya Bhumi of the Mantra, such as the mandala of Chakrasamvara, having perfected all the visualizations of the Utpattikrama (Generation Stage) and having obtained any of the three heats (heat, peak, forbearance), and having gained confidence in one's own blessings, if one possesses the favorable conditions for any of the three conducts, then in any vast realm where one can travel, there are generally twelve statements. It is accepted that one combines with the ten Bhumis such as Pramudita, as well as the Anupama and Jnana Bhumis, these two uncommon Bhumis, in sequence, and there is no disagreement. In particular, the path of union of the Mantra, the realm where one travels for the purpose of conduct, is the place called 'Sthana', the place where the heroes and Yoginis of the first Bhumi of the Secret Mantra reside. After having identified these places without error, if one enters these places, one should examine the Mudras and the answers to the Mudras, etc., without ambiguity. If one is a male Yogi, one should associate with the Yoginis there; if one is a female Yogini, one should associate with the Yogis there. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
