Constantly dwelling in the dense, it is an ornament in the center of the ocean of fame in all directions. All the elephant kings who uphold the doctrine also praise you and are revered by all. Only the army of vast wisdom seizes the three great lands of heretical delusion. Occupying the throne of the well-spoken Thuba, they are skilled at protecting the great land of the elephant kings of the directions. You are the rising sun of Dharma, with the youth of accomplishment, the light of fame dangling in your ears. Ascending the throne carried by the steeds of discernment, the Thuba doctrine rises from the peak of the eastern mountain. The daughter of wisdom, the sun, holds elegance, roaming in the garden of the white lotus of the scriptures. With mutual affection and a garland of white smiles, she composes the discourse of the seven treatises. Composing the 'Commentary on Valid Cognition' (Pramāṇavārttika) It is the foot garment that snatches away the scriptures. The intelligent daughter of Zāhū, with the excellent manner of reasoning, is taken to the chariot of the fortunate commentator. She is skilled at comfortably establishing the tradition of reasoning. From this, the many excellent explanations allow those whose minds are vast and deep to rest. Performing thousands of activities, the grace of glorious Ngok Loden makes the snowy land beautiful. The toenails of Kunga, clear as the glow of the crescent moon, are the crest jewel of the eastern ruling mountain. Worthy of being offered at the top of the victory banner, it is the glory of beings. The sun of goodness shines brightly on the entire world. The immortal great drum of pervasive fame is also sounded in the joyful garden of the Trāyastriṃśa heaven in the noble land. Many great paṇḍitas who beat the victory drum also take your feet with amazed reverence on their heads. With the treasure of reasoning, the excellent explanations shine like the Pleiades. Even though the self-admiring old man with the face of an elephant breaks the tusks he habitually extends, he cannot retaliate with jealous hands. Well-established in that tradition, the system of composing the seven treatises is not mixed with the foam of the poisonous ocean of evil thoughts. If you wish to traverse the vast ocean of scriptures, study this which possesses the three lineages of the 'Commentary on Valid Cognition'. This is the eye for viewing all the scriptures, the ear for seeking vast learning, the sense organ for tasting the nectar of excellent explanations, and the drum sound that snatches away the pride of the arrogant. Now, hundreds of thousands of magical drawings are simultaneously transferred onto the surface of paper books. The clear sun of printing rises from within the great golden courtyard of Mönthang. May you, like the auspicious wish-fulfilling jewel ocean, with the strength of accumulated merit and the sharp intellect, skillfully extract the scriptures by waving the long arms of thousands of transformations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Offered to the protector of beings! May the supreme one, adorned with the auspiciousness, prosperity, and well-being of virtue, together with his siblings, children, mother, and ministers, never be obscured by the poisonous breath of the Rahu (藏文：སྒྲ་གཅན，字面意思：eater of sound) of time, nor by the hand of the fierce jealousy of others, May you stand firm at the head of the powerful armies! With the three steps of faith, wisdom, and diligence, transcend the three vast lands of the deep Samsara, seize all the pride of the Asuras (藏文：ལྷ་མིན，梵文天城体：असुर，梵文罗马拟音：Asura，汉语字面意思：non-gods) power, and ascend to the abode of the omniscient ancestors! As the supreme treasury of all inner and outer Dharmas, skilled at bestowing whatever accomplishments are desired, through the kindness of the glorious virtuous activity, enjoy the auspiciousness of the precious Three Jewels!
