As a means of safeguarding happiness and well-being, and with skillful methods for various taxes and levies, adept at filling the royal treasury, I offer praise and auspicious wishes to the all-knowing householder, Vaishravana (多闻天王). Beginning with this, may the teachings that protect the land of Tibet never decline, and may the clear rivers flowing by the white lake, ruled by the Naga King, adorn this land. In the village and pastoral area called Chuwar, and in the treasury of the Nechinpa residence, may the collected scriptures be arranged in orderly sequence. May the great merit thus accumulated allow the subjects to live in peace and without obstacles, and may the wealth and treasury of the ruler and his family be filled with the auspiciousness of power, wealth, and the four activities. May there be auspiciousness! Om Swasti Siddham (藏文：༄། །ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་སིདྡྷཾ།，梵文天城体：ओंस्वस्तिसिद्घिं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti siddhaṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, may there be well-being, may there be accomplishment!). The prince named Precious, in the future will be the Tathagata named Precious Form (藏文：རིན་ཆེན་གཟུགས་，梵文天城体：रत्नप्रतिमा，梵文罗马拟音：ratna pratima，汉语字面意思：Precious Form), this is the Buddha's prophecy. I prostrate with my head at the feet of the Yaksha King. Here, the earth is filled with the charm of youth, and the abundant essence is constantly drawn upwards by the sun, the drinker of light, with its developed roots of wisdom. The nectar taken by Garuda satisfies, and this wish-fulfilling jewel-like land is as peaceful and auspicious as the Joyful Garden transformed by Indra. Is this place with its wondrous nectar terraces not the source of all desires, gathering the gods of the heavens? May this land, with its shade of benefit and happiness spreading in all directions, flourish forever. May this land that produces various treasures and gives birth to gold, and the Phagdru (帕竹) government transformed from it, increase as desired and remain stable for a long time. Possessing a powerful army that suppresses other countries, beating the drum hundreds of times without tiring, always sitting on a throne of accumulated merit, may the government with its mountains of treasures rise higher and higher. May wealth be as abundant as rain, filling without overflowing, generous without diminishing, may the treasury be as vast as the ocean, supporting the wealth of the sky, and may this maiden of fame, like a cloud, always be loved by the people. Beginning with this praise and wishes, may the lineage of the snow mountain never be interrupted, and may the rivers flowing from the slopes rich in medicinal herbs nourish this land.
