Subsequently, she established monastic communities of monks who strictly adhered to discipline, translation communities for translating scriptures, teaching communities for teaching the Dharma, and meditation communities for receiving tantric initiations and practicing, making all aspects of the Dharma flourish like the rising sun. Thereafter, King Khri Ralpa can revised the numerous scriptures translated by his predecessors, unified the terminology; gathered many monks from the Ngari region to serve as his attendants; discussed the Dharma from various perspectives; offered seven households of subjects to each monk; and built temples that were more magnificent than those of his predecessors. It is said that these were all done simultaneously. Thus, the three Dharma Kings (referring to Songtsen Gampo, Trisong Detsen, and Khri Ralpa can) established the Dharma body of the Buddha and the foundation of the teachings, enabling the monastic community and all aspects of the teachings to be propagated and developed. Finally, they made offerings and paintings to the teachings and the holders of the teachings. In short, in the Land of Snows, the early propagation of Buddhism experienced three turnings of the wheel of Dharma. Later, due to King Darma's destruction of Buddhism, the lineage of monastic vows in U-Tsang was interrupted for more than seventy years. Even so, although the teachings of the three baskets and the lower tantras were interrupted, the emanation of Padmasambhava, through secret oral transmission, the symbolic transmission of the vidyadharas, and the mind transmission of the Buddhas, practiced as a householder, and composed many treatises originating from India, and many vidyadharas who were able to subdue demons emerged, and the lineage was never interrupted. Nevertheless, the discipline of individual liberation vows and the study and contemplation of the true Dharma, at the beginning of the later propagation, were initiated by ten people from U-Tsang who went to lower Dokham, received the complete monastic vows, and established monastic communities. Thereafter, monastic communities that separately taught the precepts became very prosperous, and the study and contemplation of the Vinaya Pitaka varied according to the level of detail. From then until now, for about a hundred years, the teachings of the Vinaya have not been interrupted. The beginning of the later propagation of study and contemplation was when the great translator Rinchen Zangpo completed his studies in Kashmir and other places. He newly translated many unprecedented scriptures and proofread the existing scriptures. The teachings of tantra were propagated and developed, and he also wrote a treatise called 'Refuting False Mantras.' He attained the highest accomplishment in this life.
