These are external signs, while the internal differences can be understood from the distinctions in the activities of subsequent attainment. As it is said in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra: 'All the signs of subsequent attainment that are practiced from the first to the fifth ground' are mostly realized manifestly. For the fortunate beings to be tamed, in the clear mirror of their minds, the nature of the prince's (Bodhisattva's) body, speech, and mind is clearly reflected. However, when the mirror of the mind becomes clouded, like having eyes but not seeing the capable one (Buddha), it does not become a path. Since that is the case, why grieve over it? Just as the sun and moon rise and set in sequence, illuminating the world, may the world be filled with benefit and happiness through the sequence of rising and setting! How are the subsequent activities accomplished? Secondly, how are the subsequent activities accomplished? Thus, when abiding comfortably in the state of a knowledge holder, on the auspicious day after the passing of the Sugata (Buddha), when the essence of the body is consumed by fire, to dispel disputes about tenets, the sky first becomes clear and cloudless. As an auspicious sign for the perfect fulfillment of the welfare of others in each field, rays of five-colored light radiate in the ten directions, and patterns of rainbows are vividly displayed. As a sign of being worthy of offerings from the king of gods and the four guardians of the world, a great rain of divine flowers falls continuously for about fifteen days and nights. The wind of the five elements merges into the five-colored light, ultimately dissolving into unchanging great bliss. As a sign of attaining this state, countless relics of five colors, transformed into the essence of precious jewels, clearly appear. From the very beginning, the relics that appear as the individual supports for each disciple are beyond dispute and inconceivable. Later, placing them in the center of the inner supports and distributing hundreds of thousands of relics as supports for distant places, it is very common for mustard-seed-sized relics to appear on the top of each relic. It is the common perception that there are very many with five or six, or at least one, and none without any appearing. The order of the completion of intentions and prayers follows the tradition of the previous lineages, and is even more extraordinary. In Nalanda, a gathering of hundreds of thousands of monks was assembled. At the head of the Dharma assembly, Namkha Tenpa, the Dharma Lord of Lingto Monastery from Neu, was invited, a great offering of a hundred thousand was made, and half a 'sho' (a measure of grain) was distributed to each member of the assembly. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the offerings of the four seasons in the ten directions, everything is based on the foundation of omniscient wisdom ( सर्वज्ञता,sarvajñatā,all knowingness), starting with the establishment of a great monastery in a pure place. In all the great exoteric and esoteric colleges of the Sakya school, grand offerings were made to each lama, and extensive discussions were held for the Dharma lecturers. In the fourth month of the Wood Dog year (1274), near the Dharma fortress of Nālandā, on a raised area of land, in a place where he used to reside during the day while practicing, a clean room with two large pillars and a courtyard with sixteen pillars was built. There, the body support was the deity assembly of the Lamdre lineage, the speech support was the complete collection of the Avataṃsaka Sūtra, the mind support was a thirteen-story silver reliquary, and the offerings were extremely pure and numerous, pleasing to the discerning mind. On the fifteenth day of Saga Dawa (Vesak), Choskyi Je Lodro Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, with a retinue of over a hundred mantra practitioners, performed the Guhyasamāja practice offering, and the consecration ceremony was performed extensively on the auspicious ocean. On top of the vast Ganachakra gathering, many excellent Dharma teachings were given by learned scholars, and discussions were held from various perspectives of exoteric and esoteric teachings for many days. From that time onwards, on festivals, mandala practice offerings were performed, and generous hospitality was extended to the Ganachakra gathering, becoming a regular monthly offering, which continues uninterrupted to this day, naturally accomplished. Auspicious! A body of wisdom that knows everything as the Buddhas say, delightful speech filled with four joys (joy, supreme joy, surpassing joy, innate joy), a mind like a vajra, the prophecy of the venerable guru, worthy of praise as the lord of the teachings. Here, the Buddhas and the descendants of the Sakya royal family are naturally accomplished without effort, and the accumulations of wisdom and merit are naturally fulfilled like a wish-fulfilling ocean. The correct path of hearing, thinking, and meditating, followed by reason, the courage of learning and practicing never diminishes, the speech that explains liberation gathers a retinue like the ocean. The great guide of the path of bodhicitta, caring like a loving father and mother to save all beings, bringing benefit and happiness to all. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
