You have no other thoughts than to uphold the Dharma and honor its holders. You do nothing else but, according to your wishes, ripen the minds of countless beings to be tamed. This is all through the power of profound and vast aspirations, making your deeds the most supreme. I prostrate to you. This biography, titled 'The Power of Faith,' of Jetsun Chokyi Je Kunga Dorje (Kun ga Dorje, All Joy Vajra), was written by me upon hearing the complete precious oral teachings from him numerous times and ripening them in my heart. He granted me permission to practice and instructed me to promote it for many years. At the appropriate time, I was instructed to become the holder of the oral teachings, never interrupting its lineage. This was at the earnest request of Khenchen Kunpang Ngawang Peljor Zangpo of Gya ma Rinchen Gang. Therefore, Pel Shakya Chokden Drime Lekpai Lo, a disciple of Jetsun Kunga (Kun ga, All Joy), wrote this in the sacred temple blessed by the incarnation of Bodhisattva Kalden Shingta, the scribe being Losang Chokyi Gyaltsen.
