Having completely abandoned evil thoughts, All sentient beings abiding in samsara like this, from beginningless time, there is not one who has not been our parents. Therefore, in order to deliver them from the evil ocean of samsara, And in order to attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment, I resolve to practice the profound and sacred Dharma without weariness in order to accomplish the benefit of others. It is extremely important to generate the supreme Bodhicitta of the Great Vehicle, which is free from weariness in accomplishing the benefit of others. The Protector Maitreya said: The generation of the mind is for the sake of others, desiring perfect Complete enlightenment of the Buddha. Thus it is said. In particular, when practicing the profound path of the Vajrayana secret mantra, the power of generation stage and mind generation Is very important. As it says in "The Three Kinds of Lamps": Although the meaning is one, there is no confusion, the methods are many and there is no difficulty, relying on the power of sharp faculties, the mantra vehicle is especially Superior. As it says, for this Vajrayana secret mantra, without having to diligently practice many difficult methods, there are many profound means to manifest the result. And the root of these depends on transforming intention. As it says: All dharmas are causes and conditions, abiding at the peak of intention. As it says, the place where the Dharma is taught And the teacher, etc., should not be regarded as ordinary self-continuums, but should be visualized as the five perfections, and the sacred Dharma should be listened to from the perspective of the three doors being completely pure. That is, the place Perfection is the pure land of Akanishta Dharmadhatu completely pure. The teacher perfection is the primordial protector Dharmakaya Samantabhadra. The retinue perfection is the Buddhas' Mind transmission lineage, the vidyadhara symbolic lineage, visualizing the heroes and heroines as the nature of deities and goddesses. The Dharma perfection is the Great Perfection, the unsurpassed result, the Dharma of the Great Vehicle. The time perfection is the equality of the four times, without change, visualizing it as the constant and continuous wheel of Dharma. Therefore, it is necessary for the three doors to be pure and for blessings to enter one's own continuum. Whether teaching and listening to the Dharma or practicing meditation, one must carefully examine one's own continuum and listen in a state free from the three faults. The three faults are: like an overturned vessel, no matter how much Dharma is taught

Not paying attention and not grasping the meaning of the words even slightly, like a vessel with a hole in the bottom, only grasping the sound of the Dharma but not being able to connect the beginning and the end, and the understanding is not firm; also, like poison, even if the words of the Dharma are remembered, if they are not held by the mind of renunciation and pure bodhicitta arising in one's own mind, and do not become an antidote to afflictions, these should be abandoned. As it is said in the sutras: "Monks, listen well, listen carefully, and keep it in mind, and I will tell you." Therefore, listening to the Dharma well can eliminate the fault like poison, listening carefully can eliminate the fault like a mouth facing down, and keeping it in mind can eliminate the fault like a vessel with a hole in the bottom. When listening to the Dharma, one should abandon arrogance of thinking highly of oneself and thinking oneself to be wise, not having faith in Dharma friends and the guru, not having a desire to learn the Dharma, and all things that are contrary to the Dharma, such as the eyes and senses being distracted outwards, etc. One should rejoice in obtaining the supreme Dharma, and with respect and firm faith, purify the six faults, and listen to the Dharma with the sole purpose of benefiting sentient beings. As it is said in the Noble Collection Sutra: "Joy, respect, and faith are the best means of approach, eliminating obstacles and afflictions, and being free from the defilements of impurity. Those who enter for the benefit of sentient beings, their wisdom goes to the other shore, and one should listen to where those heroes go." Also, one should be endowed with the six perfections: setting up the Dharma seat and offerings is generosity, guarding the three doors of body, speech, and mind while listening to the Dharma is discipline, enduring harm from others at this time is patience, urging the guru to teach the Dharma is diligence, listening to the meaning of the Dharma without distraction is meditation, and asking about points of doubt with analytical reasoning is wisdom, this is the listener being endowed with six branches. The Ornament of Clear Realization says: "Offering flowers and seats, having the conduct of the place and discipline, not harming all sentient beings, praying to the guru, listening to the guru's instructions without distraction, asking about faults in order to dispel doubts, adorned with six lamps." Thus, all motivation and conduct should be properly clarified, and listening to the Dharma is extremely important, it is truly the key point. Second, explaining in detail: having devotion and faith in the guru, having love and compassion for Dharma friends, for sentient beings
