In the center, upon a blooming lotus with open petals and pistil, visualize yourself as the noble White Tara, peaceful and smiling, endowed with auspicious marks and radiance. Above your crown, on a lotus, sun, and moon, is Orgyen Padmasambhava Amitayus, red and radiant, holding a longevity vase in meditative equipoise, adorned with silks and precious jewels, seated in the vajra posture. Surrounding you are the swift longevity goddesses, appearing as the embodiment of the Three Jewels. I supplicate you, please bestow your blessings! May all obstacles to the life of us yogi practitioners be completely removed, may the diminished life force be restored to its fullness, may all the blessings of longevity essence, in the form of light, be absorbed into ourselves, and may we be granted the accomplishment of freedom from birth and death! The category of the Vajra Life practice, for the sake of fortunate individuals in future generations, was inconceivably concealed as a treasure. In the manner of with and without elaboration, the treasure lords each enjoy their glory. This is the most profound essence of the longevity practice, the heart essence of Namkhai Nyingpo. Instructed to the fortunate Vajra Ocean. This Dharma is as precious as heart, eyes, and life, for future fortunate individuals with karmic connections, the yogis of the unsurpassed mantra, the Vajra Life practice that extends life, this supreme method, the extremely secret essence, was obtained as a hidden symbol of oral transmission. When the time is right and the interdependent circumstances are complete, it will be revealed for the sake of a fortunate son. Samaya! Then, in the actual practice, first clear away the impure air of the three poisons, then draw in the five wisdom winds from the expanse of reality, filling the places through the path of the central channel, the spontaneously arising life of the inseparability of the generation and completion stages, naturally accomplished as the five wisdoms.

唉玛吙！解脱广大界，龙钦心髓之要诀，双运次第如是行：自身刹那观想圆满为，薄伽梵怙主无量寿，受用圆满诸饰皆严饰，相好炽燃之身明然现，顶上本尊邬金莲花生，红色明亮一面二手结等印，其上颅器寿瓶满甘露，绸缎珍宝六饰骨饰着，双眼专注虚空观，双足金刚跏趺坐。其眷属为五部寿自在王，寿母速疾母及四门母等，所有掌寿之持明众，如集市般不杂圆满大，虹光光蕴稠密之界中，明观安住。秘密明妃乐空白衣母，与彼二无别融之结合处，由智慧之风所鼓动，于聚轮之阿字放火焰，引至中脉击至大乐轮之吽字（ཧཾ，haṃ，种子字）。由此甘露光芒之相，供养本尊寿天众眷属，无漏大乐之 供养。令心欢喜后，诸天众之心间，无量光芒向十方放射。自身之命、寿，衰损、断裂、破损及魔所夺等，一切皆摄集为光芒之相，融入命依字ནྲྀཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，命依）之体性，自顶上降临融入心间，令命寿断者得以延续，破者得以修补，损者得以恢复，命寿三者光彩焕发，威严具足而观想。复次，五部寿自在王父母之结合处，降下白红甘露之流，自顶上经由身形，降至明妃之密莲，由此和合之光芒向十方放射，将显有世间器情，天魔人三者之命、福、财富，一切皆摄集为光芒之相，融入命依ནྲྀཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，命依）中，观想已获得不变金刚寿之胜妙身。再次，于法界光明大乐之境中，诸天众化光融入自身，于不可言说自生之智慧中，修持生圆和合之甚深要诀。

In the expanse of liberation, the essence of Longchen's mind, the practice of union proceeds as follows: Instantly visualize yourself as the complete and perfect Bhagavan, the Protector Amitayus, adorned with all the ornaments of complete enjoyment, his form radiant with marks and signs. On the crown of your head, visualize the lineage master, Orgyen Pema Mitra, red and radiant, with one face and two hands in meditative equipoise, holding a skull cup filled with the nectar of longevity. He is adorned with silk, jewels, and the six bone ornaments, his eyes gazing into the expanse of reality, and his legs in the vajra posture. Surrounding him are the five families of life-bestowing lords, the swift life goddess, the four gatekeepers, and all the vidyadharas who have power over life, gathered like a bustling marketplace, yet distinct and complete, in a vast expanse of rainbow light. Clearly visualize this. From the union of the secret consort, the bliss-emptiness White-robed Mother, indistinguishable from you, stirred by the wind of wisdom, fire blazes from the A of the gathering wheel, drawn through the central channel, striking the Hum (ཧཾ，haṃ，seed syllable) of the great bliss wheel. From this, in the form of nectar-like rays of light, offer the offering of uncontaminated great bliss to the lineage master, the life deity, and their retinue. Having pleased their hearts, countless rays of light radiate from the hearts of all the deities in the ten directions. All loss, breakage, damage, and demonic seizure of your own life force and longevity are gathered into the form of light and absorbed into the essence of the life-sustaining syllable Nrih (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，life support). Descending from the crown of your head and dissolving into your heart center, the broken life force is mended, the damaged is repaired, and the diminished is restored. Visualize your life force, longevity, and vital essence as radiant, bright, and majestic. Again, from the union of the father and mother of the five families of life-bestowing lords, a stream of white and red nectar descends, passing through the form of your body from the crown of your head, descending into the secret lotus of the consort. From this, rays of harmonious light radiate in the ten directions, drawing all the life, merit, and wealth of the animate and inanimate world, gods, demons, and humans, into the form of light and dissolving them into the life-sustaining Nrih (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，life support). Visualize that you have attained the supreme body of immutable vajra life. Again, in the state of dharmadhatu, clear light, and great bliss, all the deities dissolve into light and merge into you. To repeat the inexpressible, self-arisen wisdom is the profound essence of the key point of the generation and completion stages combined.
