敬礼！极盛供养与恭敬，至极欢喜名声福德与光辉，具足殊胜，施与殊胜之主尊，是为救护之圣者，是为应救护者。乃是世间之敌，最为殊胜者，能除一切诸怖畏。顶髻发髻具发者，发辫芒草持顶饰，具足五面与五顶髻，第五发髻戴鲜花。头圆，大苦行者，梵行乃苦行之胜，苦行圆满，大苦行者，清净处所之圣者乔达摩。婆罗门，梵天，知梵天，灭尽涅槃，获得梵天，解脱之涅槃，解脱之身，解脱寂静，寂静自性。灭尽涅槃寂静，灭尽涅槃，善能灭尽涅槃且亲近。遣除苦乐至边际，离贪，超越身者，无能胜，无譬喻者，不可见，不显现，非明耀。不变，普行，周遍者，微细且无漏，离种子，无尘，离尘，无垢染，断除过失，无有瑕疵者，极其觉醒，觉醒之主。全知，全晓之圣者，超越了识之自性，持有无二智慧之理，无有分别任运成就。乃是三世诸佛之事业者，无有初始与终末之佛陀，初始之佛无有因，一智慧眼无垢染，智慧身者如来，语自在，大语者，语之殊胜，语之王，语之圣者，殊胜之境，语之狮子，无有动摇。以一切观视而极喜，光辉鬘美妙悦意，光明善妙炽燃，福德之光芒，手持光芒炽燃照耀者，大医王乃主尊，拔出毒箭无有上，所有药草树之王，乃是一切疾病之大敌，三界之至上救护者，具光彩星宿之坛城者，于十方虚空边际处，善能建立正法之胜幢。若行则有一广大之伞，具有慈悲之坛城，乃具光彩莲花舞之主，大遍入主乃珍宝伞，乃一切诸佛之大光辉，乃持有一切诸佛之身者，乃一切诸佛之大瑜伽，乃一切诸佛之唯一教法，金刚珍宝自在。

The enemy of the world, the best of the best, The one who dispels all fears without exception. With a topknot, a tuft of hair, with tresses, With matted hair, a munja, wearing a diadem. Possessing five faces and five topknots, The fifth topknot wearing a flower. With a round head, a great ascetic, Celibacy is the best of asceticism, Perfected in austerity, a great ascetic, The sacred Gautama in a pure place. Brahmin, Brahma, knowing Brahma, Passing beyond sorrow, attaining Brahma, Liberation of Nirvana, the body of liberation, Liberation, peace, the nature of peace itself. Great physician, the chief one, Pulling out thorns, unsurpassed, All medicines, the tree of trees, The great enemy of all diseases, The supreme protector of the three worlds, Possessing a mandala of glorious stars. In the ten directions, reaching the limits of the sky, Well establishing the victory banner of Dharma. ༈ When walking, a single vast umbrella, Possessing a mandala of love and compassion, The glorious lord of the lotus dance, The great pervasive lord, the precious umbrella.
