Na ro (honorific), the Mantraka terminator. Third, the incidental mandala absorption: From 'From one's own heart...' to '...dissolves into oneself.' If not related to Torma (food offering), then protect the three places (body, speech, and mind) and the six sources (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind), and do virtuous dedication, etc. Yoga of Conduct, etc. Second, the yoga of conduct: When engaging in conduct, from 'Om' to '...grasp with the mind.' In the breaks between sessions, visualize all thoughts as deities, mantras, and wisdom, without hatred or fear. Whether walking or sitting, keep the mind unscattered, contemplate the deity, and recite the mantra, as the master Mikyo Dorje said in the commentary on 'Black Enemy.' The meaning of 'no need to count' there is that the mantras recited during the breaks are not counted in the number of recitations, because the recitation requires the combination of four sessions, with speech silenced on the same seat. Third, the yoga of food: When eating, from 'When eating...' to '...eat with the thought of offering.' Offering the essence of food, alcohol, etc., and washing hands after eating and drinking, etc., are all prescribed by the Buddha, so do them well. During the practice session, do not eat coarse food. If there is something to drink like tea, it is important to keep the blessings uninterrupted. As Ra Lotsawa and others said, visualize enemies and obstacles as flesh and blood. The benefits are, in the 'Explanatory Tantra of the Secret Assembly Tantra,' the four goddesses asked: 'If one eats regularly and continuously, one will achieve in this life, without aging or disease.' And so on, many things were said, and the food will not become a debt, and so on, the benefits are great. Fourth, the yoga of sleep: When sleeping, from 'When sleeping...' to '...think and sleep.' Fifth, the yoga of rising: When rising, from 'When rising...' to '...enter,' say 'Hūṃ,' and visualize the appearance as the deity and the mandala. Sixth, the yoga of Torma: Whatever Torma there is, from 'Whatever Torma there is...' to '...visualize dissolving into non-duality.' If conditions permit, prepare limitless Tormas; if conditions do not permit, prepare a round Torma of food, and offer them separately to the Yidam, Dharma protectors, and the deceased. If these three are not available, then offer one to the transcendent and one to the mundane, for a total of two. If offering to other Dharma protectors, place their Tormas below the Torma for the deceased. If there is really nothing, then from the essence of one Torma, liberate the deceased and dedicate the remainder to other beings. If offering to Hevajra, Cakrasamvara, and the Dakinis, offer them before Vajrabhairava. It is also permissible to generate oneself as Vajrabhairava and then offer to Hevajra, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Even after completing the self-generation ritual of Hevajra (ཀྱཻ་རྡོར,Hevajra), it is permissible to offer to Yamāntaka (འཇིགས་བྱེད,Yamāntaka) and others. At that time, whatever blessing is performed, such as the offering cake blessing or the self-generation, it should be blessed like the inner offering. Finally, protecting the three places, etc., should also be done according to their respective sadhanas, and the distinctions should be understood. These are the mutual rules within the Anuttarayoga Tantra, and should not be mixed with the lower tantras. Garuda Mudra: The two hands are made into a curved shape, the two little fingers are intertwined, the tips of the middle fingers and thumbs touch, and the two index fingers press down. This symbolizes the Garuda seizing the poison of the nagas, just as using substances to eliminate poison. The other parts are as usual. In terms of merit, Lalita (ལ་ལི་ཏ,Lalita) said: 'It will pacify obstacles, pacify disharmony, and attain supreme accomplishment.' If there is a support for the Torma guest (གཏོར་མགྲོན,Torma guest), then perform the stable abiding. Protecting one's own three places, etc., visualize oneself as Yamāntaka, with a white Om (ཨོཾ,Oṃ) on the forehead, and so on, until visualizing Samantabhadra (ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ,Samantabhadra) in the heart, recite and contemplate. After 'By this merit' etc. and 'May all sentient beings have happiness' etc., recite: 'May the hero who tames the untamable, with an extremely fierce wrathful form, destroy all evil and misleading guides!' This comes from the sadhana of Ra Lotsawa. The Noble One said: 'May the merit arising from this, by the power of the Vajra blazing fiercely, destroy all the mandalas of the maras, and enjoy great bliss!' etc., adorn the end with aspirations and auspiciousness. As mentioned above, clarify the yoga through actions and enter. Whatever is practiced, regard it as an antidote to the object to be abandoned. If one can clearly visualize the deity's form and hand gestures, that is good. But if one cannot visualize clearly, even if the general meaning is not clearly visualized in the initial stage, it is very important not to be distracted to other thoughts while the words are clear. Doing this, when entering a session, do not enter casually, but first examine one's own mind, and if it is controlled by afflictions and thoughts, interrupt the practice and start from refuge, making it complete with conditions. Similarly, in between, also frequently check one's own mind, control awareness well, and it is very important not to be distracted until the end. Finally, also carefully examine the state of one's own mind, was the previous practice controlled by afflictions and thoughts? Or was there some experience in the sadhana? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
