Then, he performed intense confession and vows. The next day, he received empowerment, performed secret ablutions, and continued his practice as before. That night, in a vision of wisdom, he went to the mandala of the fifteen goddesses. The main deity fully bestowed the four empowerments, and sequentially introduced the appearances of clarity, emptiness, bliss, and union. He recited to clear obstacles and enhance experiences. Because these experiences and appearances were not guided by a lama with experience, he could not truly enter into samadhi. Because he did not know how to take it as the path, he became discouraged by afflictions. First, various diseases and evil spirits afflicted him, which was the first stage of element convergence, not the sign of heat of tummo, nor the union of channels and winds. Second, thunder and hail, etc., were the intermediate stage of element convergence, not the experience of bindu bliss-emptiness, wisdom dakini, and samaya dakini. Third, the emanations of the lamas caused aversion due to various inappropriate objects or symbols, which indicated the view of Madhyamaka, the final stage of element convergence, the experience of flawless, innate wisdom. Now he obtained the four empowerments, and introduced the experiences and realizations of the four paths. When told to take this as the path, three heats, three peaks, and three tolerances arose within nine days, and the culmination of worldly dharma was combined. On the night of the twenty-ninth, by subduing the four maras of outer, inner, secret, and suchness, the first knot of the central channel mara was released, and the four gaits dissolved, attaining the wisdom of the path of seeing, and realizing the first bhumi, Joyful. Thus, the four empowerments were fully bestowed, and the stream of empowerment did not diminish. The realization of the first bhumi arose in his mind, and the lineage of blessings did not decline. The various inappropriate things from before now corresponded with samadhi, and the lineage of oral instructions did not reverse. Due to the kindness of the lama, he thought that even if the Buddha appeared now, he could not cut off elaboration, so a satisfied devotion arose, and the four whispered lineages were taught and blessed. To enhance these realizations, he prepared sacred substances to offer to the lama and dakinis, and by meditating on the four empowerments in four sessions, the realization of one bhumi arose each day. Before the fifth day, he realized the realizations of the seven bhumis. The disciples saw him with meat and wine, and peeking through the door, some saw him with eight women, and some saw him with fifteen women. Some saw eight lamps, and some saw fifteen lamps surrounding him. Although everyone was doubtful, because the lama was a monk, a great khenpo, they did not dare to talk about the downfall, but everyone became very distrustful. He himself clearly knew all this in his heart, and taught the Dharma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abandoning slander against others, admitting one's own faults, and in order to practice conduct, offering the three lower robes, alms bowl, and so on, to the Three Jewels. Wearing a black garment, calling himself Mīravīrya (梵文,梵文天城体,Mīravīrya,梵文罗马拟音,Brave Hero), jumping, running, and spinning, he went to Hatir. Taking flowers from the flower sellers, he made garlands and tied them on his head. He took leaves and radishes from the vegetable sellers. Some he put in his mouth to eat, some he held in his hands, and some he made into necklaces. Finally, he even went to taverns and brothels. The townspeople were amazed, and all the monks were ashamed, beating drums and tambourines, and with various musical instruments and the sangha's golden chains, they expelled him from his residence and enacted a decree forbidding his return. At that time, the songs sung by the master should be understood separately. In order to prevent the sangha's patrons from losing faith, to avoid slander of the Dharma, to demonstrate his own power, and to reverse the changes of solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, and Rāhu, through dependent origination, on the way to subdue the king of Varanasi, pointing threatening gestures in all directions, he said, 'If I am a bad person, let the road open.' Then, the water in front of the master flowed backward, opening the road, and at that time he also sang songs. There, everyone thought he had attained accomplishment, prostrated at his feet, and asked for forgiveness for the wrongs they had done. The monks also asked for forgiveness and asked him to stay, and he compassionately accepted their forgiveness, but did not allow them to stay. The kingdom of Varanasi, ruled by King Gomata Candra (梵文,梵文天城体,Gomata Candra,梵文罗马拟音,Moon of the Cow Protector), was entirely heretical. In order to introduce them to the Buddha's teachings, he meditated in the middle of a dense forest for three years. His complexion became dark, his eyes red, and his hair grew long, becoming terrifying. When people saw him, some said he was a Buddhist, and some said he was a heretic. When the king heard this, he inquired of the spies and thoroughly understood the situation. He said, 'If he is a heretic, he should be honored like a guru; if he is a Buddhist, there is concern that he will harm the Dharma, so expel him.' When asked, he did not answer, and after investigation, it was impossible to determine. So they reported to the king. The king said, 'I will investigate, call him here.' On the way to being called, many insects, bees, and mosquitoes flew around, and he put them all in his mouth. Everyone said, 'Bad person, bad person!' He was surprised, and although he spat everything out of his mouth, they still said, 'Bad person, bad person!' Alas, me!' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
