May the mind of wisdom, free from concepts, rest in the self-nature of the great luminosity emptiness that transcends speculation! Thus practice. By conferring empowerment in this way, the seed for manifesting the meaning of the four truths is planted in the continuum. By obtaining the empowerment to realize the path of the Hearers' words as they are, one is able to practice all the scriptures of the teachings and treatises related to this, and when wisdom manifests, one is allowed to transmit them to others, thus obtaining the great empowerment of the vast teachings. Secondly, the scripture empowerment for entering the vehicle of self-reliance has six aspects. The first is the view: Focusing on the root of the cause and effect of samsara, the aggregates of inner and outer phenomena, the self of the person who grasps at "I" and "mine" is not established. This is also because of the power of previously being accustomed to one's own path, when one becomes the final existence, without relying on the instructions of others, but due to causes such as seeing a corpse or a pile of bones in a charnel ground, one thinks, "This is old age and death, and the cause of this is birth," and so forth, examining the arising of dependent origination and the cessation of ignorance leading to the cessation of action, and so forth, the way of the reversal of dependent origination, thereby realizing the nature of the four truths. Not only is there the selflessness of the person, but also the ultimate of the external object of grasping, the indivisible atom. For example, in the case of a sprout from the earth, there are six kinds of dependent origination between cause and effect, and in relation to conditions, there are six kinds of dependent origination from space to the change of time. By examining their arising and ceasing separately, one realizes that there is no indivisible, truly established atom, but only the unceasing appearance of dependent origination. From the moment one realizes that the essence of things is emptiness, one realizes that what is grasped has no self-nature, and thus one possesses the wisdom that distinguishes between the two halves of selflessness. The second is meditation: Meditating on the samadhi that rests on the view that has been realized in this way, that is, the external object of grasping has no self-nature, and the internal grasper is also the consciousness of ignorance with all the conceptualizations of before and after, focusing on the fact that only self-awareness, self-illumination, permanence, cessation, and freedom from grasping and being grasped exist as the ultimate truth, and thus practicing the samadhi of calm abiding and insight. The third is conduct: Guarding against the misdeeds of body and speech, abiding in celibacy, and thus practicing in the assembly, like a rhinoceros.

Abiding in such ascetic practices and disliking disturbances, he teaches the Dharma through the miraculous power of a silent body. Fourth, the fruit: Through the realization and miraculous powers of the Shravakas, and the three aspects of benefiting others, with the supreme bliss of the wisdom of the noble ones, the fruit of the Pratyekabuddha Arhat is manifested, and complete Nirvana is attained in the realm of the unconditioned aggregates. Fifth, the pith instruction meditation: In order to quickly traverse such a path of liberation, practice through the door of special expedient pith instructions, meditate in this way. Visualize clearly within the disciple's mouth, at the center of a red drop of light, marked with a red letter "Tsa" (Tibetan: ཙ, Devanagari: च, Romanized Sanskrit: ca, literal meaning: Tsa). Request the recitation of one hundred and eight "Tsa" (Tibetan: ཙ, Devanagari: च, Romanized Sanskrit: ca, literal meaning: Tsa) letters in the mouth. Recite one hundred and eight "Tsa" (Tibetan: ཙ, Devanagari: च, Romanized Sanskrit: ca, literal meaning: Tsa) letters. Due to such recitation, from the letter in the mouth, countless "Tsa" (Tibetan: ཙ, Devanagari: च, Romanized Sanskrit: ca, literal meaning: Tsa) letters emanate, purifying all phenomena of existence. All appearances of the outer and inner world are transformed into the form of the red letter "Tsa" (Tibetan: ཙ, Devanagari: च, Romanized Sanskrit: ca, literal meaning: Tsa). Finally, meditate that all of these merge into one another, gather, and dissolve into one's own body. Sixth, the actual empowerment for gaining mastery over the profound key points: Then, this very collection of Sutra Pitaka and all Pratyekabuddha dependent arising dharmas, existing in the form of scriptures, is the Great Mother Prajnaparamita, with a yellow body, one face and four arms, the first right hand holding a vajra, the first left hand holding the scripture containing the Sutra Pitaka, the lower two hands in the mudra of meditative equipoise, seated in the vajra posture, adorned with numerous marks and signs, beautified with silk and jewel ornaments, emanating infinite rays of light, transforming into a body that proclaims the sound of the Dharma of dependent arising, comes to the crown of the disciple's head, and like the Shravakas, all the words and syllables of all the teachings and treatises of the Sutra Pitaka belonging to the Pratyekabuddha vehicle, all the empowerments of the Mother and others residing on the crown are obtained, generate certainty. Emaho! Fortunate lineage, etc., and as the Buddha said, etc., until Siddhi Svaha (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: सिद्धि स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: siddhi svāhā, literal meaning: accomplishment svāhā), recite as above, and bestow the empowerment of the Sutra Pitaka scripture and place it in the hand. The scripture is visualized as the Great Mother.
