Longevity food essence, etc. The essence of the sap of herbs, trees, flowers, and fruits is nourished by the secret bodhicitta nectar of the longevity deity. By merely tasting the immortal longevity pill, one freely gains the essence of the supreme accomplishments of life and wisdom, without remainder.
