The arrangement of items should be as previously described. The self-generation of the sadhana should be done first, as mentioned before. The blessing of the offerings should precede. Purify and cleanse the vase in front. From emptiness, (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal meaning: paṃ) arises a lotus, and from (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: a) arises a moon disc, upon which, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: bhrūṃ) arises a precious vase, complete with all characteristics. Inside it, at the center of an eight-petaled iron lotus. Above that, the Protector Amitabha, with a red body, sits in the vajra posture. Starting from "From Sukhavati, the wisdom mind," recite up to "Self-appearing Vajrasamadza (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ)." After reciting no less than the hundred-syllable mantra, recite "The light of the samadhi mantra" as before. All life substances dissolve into the deity. Those bodies are filled with nectar. Transform into a body of clear light. Thus, combine recitation and visualization, or visualize the light from the heart of oneself and the deity in front, gathering all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, the stable and the moving, and then wave the life arrow, reciting: Hum. Homage to the Bhagavan, the Protector, Wisdom Immeasurable Life. The assembly of goddesses who control the five elements. Increase the life and fortune of the yogi me. In the container world of the ten directions, above and below. Gather the life that has fled, wandered, and declined. The assembly of eighty thousand obstacles. Gather the life that has been stolen, plundered, and destroyed. Restore the life that has been diminished, exhausted, and scattered by the actions of the conflicting five elements, enemies, and executioners. Restore the life and fortune that has been frightened by "Yeh," fainted by "Heh," and terrified by "Uh." Gather life, protect fortune, and grant accomplishments.
