现在以此食子作回向：我与一切有情众，具足受用圆满资粮后，愿皆速疾成正觉。如是作回向。手捧食子而供养。委托事业：祈请息灭一切疾病、邪魔、罪障与垢染，祈请增盛一切寿命与受用，祈请摄伏一切邪见，祈请迅速摧毁一切对佛法的损毁，祈请遮止一切灾难与非时死亡。如是委托事业。拍掌。送走并布施食子：念诵“嗡（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），穆（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）”，以此语，迎请的宾客返回各自的本性处。在干净的地方，将食子的口朝内倾倒。如此则迅速获得成就。若对怨敌 行事，则将食子的口朝外抛掷。如此则食子变为武器。据说能彻底降伏一切怨敌魔障。上师，觉姆请教说：请讲解内现观资粮道的食子。如是请教后，上师说：内现观资粮道的食子有七：宣说器皿，宣说 substance，宣说食子的加持，迎请食子的宾客，供养与赞颂，回向与委托事业，送走并布施食子，此为七。第一，宣说食子的器皿：是具足特征的嘎巴拉器皿。substance是各种食物，以五种甘露装饰。大小则随力而为。加持分二：自身加持：自身刹那间观为本尊，以身语意三门的三字加持。食子加持：从自身三处的三字放出光芒，光芒文字照射在食子上。念诵七遍嗡（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），食子化为光。再念诵七遍，将血肉红色的食子，以甘露妙药浸润，扩展至与虚空边际相等。再念诵七遍，观想从食子中出现众多五妙欲的女神，各自随其所好而作供养。之后，迎请宾客：从自己心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，放出众多匝（藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝）字，化为铁钩母等女神，迎请他们。如法进行七支供。祈请上师金刚持及其眷属降临。向上师金刚持顶礼。无畏莲

Now, by dedicating this torma: May I and all sentient beings, having the wealth of enjoyment and complete accumulations, quickly attain Buddhahood. Thus, dedicate. Hold the torma in your hands and offer it. Entrusting activities: I pray that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations be pacified. I pray that all life and enjoyment be increased. I pray that all wrong views be subdued. I pray that all destruction of the teachings be quickly destroyed. I pray that all calamities and untimely deaths be averted. Thus, entrust activities. Clap your hands. Sending away and giving the torma: By reciting "Om（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum）, Mu（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：Mu）," the guests who have been invited return to their natural abode. On a clean spot, pour the torma with its opening facing inward. By doing so, accomplishments will quickly come. If acting against enemies, throw the torma with its opening facing outward. By doing so, the torma will become a weapon. It is said that all enemies and obstacles will be completely subdued. The mistress Jo asked the master: Please explain the torma of the inner vision accumulation path. After being asked thus, the master said: The torma of the inner vision accumulation path has seven parts: Explaining the vessel, explaining the substance, explaining the blessing of the torma, inviting the guests of the torma, offering and praising, dedicating and entrusting activities, sending away and giving the torma, these are the seven. First, explaining the vessel of the torma: It is a kapala vessel with characteristics. The substance is various foods adorned with the five nectars. The size is according to what is available. Blessing has two parts: Self-blessing: Instantly visualize oneself as the yidam deity, blessing the three doors of body, speech, and mind with the three syllables. Blessing the torma: From the three places of oneself, the three syllables emit light, the light syllables radiate onto the torma. Recite Om（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum） seven times, the torma dissolves into light. Again, recite seven times, the torma of red flesh and blood, soaked with nectar medicine, expands to be equal to the edge of the sky. Again, recite seven times, visualize that many goddesses of the five desirable qualities arise from the torma, each offering according to their liking. Then, inviting the guests: From the Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum） syllable in one's heart, emanate many Jaḥ（藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：Jaḥ） syllables, transforming into goddesses such as the iron hook mother, and invite them. 请安坐于莲花之座！供养上师本尊空行母！忏悔所有违犯和罪障！随喜秘密真言之修持！不入涅槃，行利生之事！祈请转动秘密真言之法轮！请清净内外之障碍！祈愿获得如意之精华！愿证悟真实金刚之义！如是说后，观想上师本尊空行母降临！观想上师本尊传承上师本尊坛城内外之诸尊围绕！观想空行母四部，由护法男系女系围绕！供养与祈祷如下： 上师本尊至尊大悲者传承之上师及眷属，请享用殊胜供品！本尊及坛城内外诸尊，请享用殊胜供品！空行母四部，由护法男系女系围绕者，请享用殊胜供品！如是说后，击钹三遍！观想上师本尊空行母及眷属欢喜，赐予我等成就！回向与委托事业如下：于颅器之中，盛满各种食物朵玛之物，以五甘露为朵玛之庄严，以三字真言加持后，无有任何不悦之事，愿成就上师之意！愿圆满本尊之誓言！愿圆满空行母之誓言！于上师本尊空行母，以此无量朵玛作回向，愿我与一切众生，具足受用，圆满资粮，迅速成佛！如是说而作回向！以手捧朵玛而作供养！ 委托事业如下：祈请平息一切疾病、邪魔、罪障！祈请增上一切寿命、权势、受用！祈请降伏一切邪见！祈请迅速摧毁一切毁坏佛法者！祈请遮止一切横死及非时之死！如是委托事业！拍手！遣送与抛掷朵玛如下：念诵 嗡（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）、穆（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）！如是说，祈请宾客返回各自之本位！将朵玛面向内倾倒于朵玛座上！如此则成就降临自身！若为遮止怨敌魔障，则面向外抛掷！如此则朵玛变为兵器！善哉！

Please be seated on the lotus seat! Offerings to the Lama, Yidam, and Dakinis! Confess all transgressions and obscurations! Rejoice in the practice of secret mantras! Do not pass into sorrow, accomplish the benefit of beings! Please turn the wheel of secret mantras! Please purify inner and outer obscurations! May we attain the essence of wish-fulfillment! May we realize the meaning of the true Vajra! By saying this, visualize the Lama, Yidam, and Dakinis arriving! Visualize the Lama, Yidam, the lineage Lamas, and the mandala of the Yidam surrounded by the deities of the inner and outer mandala! Visualize the four classes of Dakinis surrounded by male and female Dharma protectors! Offering and praising: Lama, Yidam, Jetsun, compassionate one, together with the lineage Lamas, please accept these sacred offerings! Yidam deities and the deities of the inner and outer mandala, please accept these sacred offerings! The four classes of Dakinis surrounded by male and female Dharma protectors, please accept these sacred offerings! After saying this, strike the hand drum three times! Visualize the Lama, Yidam, Dakinis, and their retinue being pleased and bestowing accomplishments upon me! Dedication and entrusting of activities: Inside the Kapala vessel, the essence of various food offerings, adorned with the five nectars, blessed by the three seed syllables, there is nothing displeasing. May the intention of the Lama be fulfilled! May the Samaya of the Yidam be completed! May the Samaya of the Dakinis be completed! To the Lama, Yidam, and Dakinis, by dedicating this immeasurable Torma, may I and all sentient beings possess enjoyment, complete the accumulations, and quickly attain Buddhahood! By saying this, dedicate! Lift the Torma with your hands and offer it! Entrusting of activities: Please pacify all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations! Please increase all life, power, and enjoyment! Please subdue all wrong views! Please quickly destroy all those who destroy the Dharma! Please avert all untimely deaths and inauspicious circumstances! Thus, entrust activities! Clap your hands! Sending away and throwing the Torma: Recite Om（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）, Hung（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）, Mu（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）! By saying this, please send the guests back to their natural abode! Pour the Torma onto the Torma stand, facing inwards! By doing this, accomplishments will come to you! To avert enemies and obstacles, throw it facing outwards! By doing this, the Torma becomes a weapon! Good!
