The path of spontaneously arisen wisdom, radiant Vajrasattva. The nature of luminosity is one, but the five wisdoms with different aspects abide as the fruit, without increase or decrease. If one recognizes the self-nature of spontaneously arisen, radiant wisdom, which was not made by anyone, it is pure nirvana; if one does not recognize it, one wanders in samsara due to delusion in other places. This is the abiding state of the ground. The object to be purified is ignorance, the adventitious stain. Entering the correct path of purification is as follows: Emaho! Mind itself is naked, without fabrication. Dharmakaya abides in its transparent nature. As it is said, by examining the three aspects of mind—arising, abiding, and ceasing—seeing that there is no substance is analytical meditation. Resting meditation is when mind itself is placed naked, without fabrication, in the moment, and there is nothing at all, empty and clear, something to be experienced. These two are inseparable, and when what is beyond words arises, mind ceases and awareness is naked, and the dharmakaya itself is seen as transparent, without clinging to anything inside or outside, and one is face to face with one's own nature. All the unobstructed play that arises, know it to be the ornament of dharmata. As it is said, in that state of non-clinging, self-luminous abiding, whatever thoughts arise, like water and water waves, be certain that they are the ornament of dharmata's play, and cut through them at the point of decision. The wonderful one who is primordially liberated, cultivate in the state of self-arising, self-liberation. As it is said, all thoughts of good and bad are left in their natural state, without acceptance or rejection. As soon as they arise, they dissolve into space like lines on water, so that confused thoughts are transformed into wisdom, and liberation is achieved without great difficulty, which is called settling into liberation. Thus, after establishing the view of preliminary trekchö, the second, the actual practice of tögal's visions, is to train in the display of energy. This is divided into two: the abiding state of the ground and the way of training on the path. The first is: The lamp of beings, the lamp of wisdom, the great splendor, the radiant one. And, Inside, like space, crystal, and rainbows. As it is said, great wisdom abides in the central light channel of beings. Its essence is emptiness, and its nature is compassion, the three abiding in non-duality, the lamp of self-arisen wisdom. From the display of the nature of clarity, the rainbow light house is the lamp of pure space. In its center is a cluster of five lights, the thigle with the nature of the five families.

The lamp of emptiness is like the eye-spot of a peacock feather. From the center of the eye, the door through which the lights appear due to conditions is the far-flung water lamp. For example, just as rainbow light appears in the center of clear space, it abides in its own space and does not originate from elsewhere. Second, the way to practice the path is: When it arises outwardly due to conditions, meditate in the state of non-dual union. Therefore, the far-flung lamp arises at the door of the eye due to conditions, and it is a mistake to not recognize one's own nature and cling to duality. By meditating in the union of indivisible space and wisdom, one realizes one's own nature of wisdom and attains Buddhahood, which is a particularly excellent swift path. To explain its method in detail: Generate the power of Tögal wisdom. Therefore, having understood the meaning of Trekchö, one should practice or generate the power of Tögal. Body posture, including the sitting positions of the three kāyas: In a secluded place, abandon the nine activities. The sitting posture of the Dharmakāya: the body is erect like a lion, the fingers are curled, the soles of the feet are placed together in the center, and the eyes look upwards. The sitting posture of the Sambhogakāya: lying face down like an elephant, with the knees and chest touching, the elbows planted on the ground, the cheeks supported by the palms, the eyes looking sideways, and the neck slightly raised. The sitting posture of the Nirmāṇakāya: sitting cross-legged like a sage, with the soles of the feet touching the ground, the hands crossed on the knees, the palms covering the elbows, and the eyes looking downwards. Speech posture, learn to breathe slowly: do not exhale through the nostrils, but breathe directly from the mouth, evenly inside and out. Beginners should contract slightly inward, not forcefully. If unpleasant thoughts or feelings arise, exhale forcefully and hold the breath slightly outward. Door posture, with inverted, downward, and sideways glances: The way of looking in the Dharmakāya, like looking upwards at the crown of the head. The way of looking in the Sambhogakāya, looking sideways like a Brahmin measuring with a bamboo pole. The way of looking in the Nirmāṇakāya, looking downwards, like a sage abiding in meditation. Place posture, a cloudless sky: the sky becomes clear blue, and aiming at the rays of sunrise and sunset is necessary for the easy appearance of clear light. Possessing the four inner and outer lamps: that is, the self-born arising from space. Therefore, the inner pure space
