Whatever arises as the play of mind, it is the movement of appearance and existence, the Dharmakaya, not exceeding the expanse of Kunsang (Samantabhadra). In all states of equipoise and post-equipoise, the view is to equalize good and bad. Meeting this is meaningful, the ultimate secret. Do not let the mind engage in other instructions and methods, make a firm decision. As it is said, internal desire and hatred, ignorance, pride, jealousy, stinginess, etc., are unwholesome thoughts; faith, compassion, love, joy, etc., are wholesome thoughts; and all unwholesome thoughts that are neither good nor bad, as well as all external phenomena such as forms, are the play of one's own mind, the essence of awareness, the display of emptiness, like reflections in a mirror, self-illuminating without substance. The self-awareness, the essence of emptiness, is the play of the Dharmakaya, or a miracle, or a movement. Wholesome thoughts are not to be accepted, unwholesome thoughts are not to be rejected, and neutral thoughts are not to be placed in between. The self-awareness, the essence of emptiness, is like waves in water, not exceeding emptiness itself, so good and bad are all equal in emptiness. Therefore, there is no change from the expanse or space where goodness abides. Without clinging to the appearance of phenomena, liberation or non-liberation distinguishes samsara and nirvana. From the moment a yogi recognizes awareness, there is no clinging or conceptualization during equipoise, and in post-equipoise, clinging and conceptualization arise and are liberated simultaneously. Therefore, in both equipoise and post-equipoise, the conceptualizations of good and bad are self-liberated, and the view of liberating good and bad as one taste is meaningful when encountered. Such a definitive, profound, great secret is the ultimate. This supreme instruction quickly transports one to the state of Buddhahood, so one must decide not to engage in the methods of other instructions. Thus, all external and internal phenomena are determined to be the play of self-awareness. That very essence of emptiness is determined to be the Dharmakaya, the self-nature of clarity is determined to be the Sambhogakaya, the compassionate and diverse appearances are determined to be the Nirmanakaya, abiding in non-grasping self-illumination is determined to be Shamatha (calm abiding), and the inexpressible experiences that arise are determined to be Vipassana (insight). All of that does not abide in any extreme of elaboration, it is determined to be the view. The natural state, which cannot be meditated upon, is left as it is, without distraction, it is determined to be meditation. All the conceptualizations of equipoise and post-equipoise dissolve without effort, self-liberated, it is determined to be action. That

Thus decide. Having obtained conviction, perfecting skill, it is finally determined as the fruit. Third, abiding on the ground of conviction and liberation. Among them, what is to be taken as conviction is: From the beginning, it is self-arisen and self-liberated, without the need for aiming at signs, like drawing lines on water, cutting off the root of the three realms of samsara. Thus it is said. Thus introduced, what is to be taken as conviction for what has been decided is: Whatever thoughts arise are born and liberated, so they disappear in the place of seeing. Because it is self-liberation, there is no need for an opponent to see the seer. Because it is arising liberation, there is no need for the latter thought to look at the former. Because it is primordial liberation, there is no need to calculate this is this and this is not. Like drawing lines on water, whatever thoughts arise, without accepting or rejecting, abiding in its own place, it naturally disappears. For one thought, do not make two continuations, that is, the former thought is the object and the latter is the grasping, do not do the work of the illusion of grasping and grasping. Because no action is done, it is impossible to be born in samsara, so cut off the root of the three realms of samsara, and for the above ten points, you must obtain conviction. The third general meaning, after practicing in this way, there are two ways to obtain the fruit temporarily and ultimately, first: In order to perfect the supreme appearance, without hope or fear, practice and realize emptiness, like the king of seeing cutting through the sky, like the great Garuda introducing the perfection of skill. Thus it is said, at this time, in order to perfect the four appearances by practicing Tögal, all internal and external dharmas are confirmed as the ability of self-awareness. After obtaining conviction, there is no acceptance or rejection of good or bad, hope or fear, fear or worry, and by practicing the behavior of asceticism, all appearances become naked. The appearance and awareness are integrated, so that the awareness remains calm for a long time. Because the awareness is not attached, the speech also sings along, and abides in this state. The essence of emptiness perfects the ability of the Dharmakaya, without meditation or post-meditation, realizing that everything is empty. The self-nature of clarity perfects the ability of the Sambhogakaya, and the appearance of Tögal only appears as the deity's body. The various appearances of great compassion perfect the ability of the Nirmanakaya, and all dharmas appear as pure appearances. Without doing, naturally bright abiding, perfecting the ability of peaceful abiding, mostly abiding in meditation. The experience appears unspeakable, perfecting the ability of superior vision, and unobstructed appearances arise. The view does not fall into
