the power of, and the power of all-pervading love, the power of all virtuous merits, and the power of wisdom without attachment. There are endless such things. In the appearance of infinite beings, according to what they like, the six manifestations of the Buddha appear there, as well as other appearances such as lions, tigers, elephants, supreme bulls, and ships. Because the beings to be tamed are infinite, they appear as peaceful, wrathful, demons, beings, mountains, and earth. The Buddha Samayoga Sutra says: "Sometimes peaceful, sometimes wrathful, sometimes great demons cause harm, all beings and mountains too." Such appearances are like reflections in a mirror, or like the reflection of the king of gods appearing on the surface of lapis lazuli in a magnificent palace. The Uttaratantra says: "Just as the image of the body of the king of gods appears on the pure surface of lapis lazuli, so too does the image of the body of the king of sages appear on the pure ground of sentient beings' minds." Thus, just as a mirror free from dirt naturally has the quality of reflecting images, for the Sugatas who have cut off the stream of delusion, the benefit of sentient beings arises effortlessly and spontaneously, and all qualities are perfectly accomplished, as introduced. When waving a fan, recite: Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)! All the actions of the Buddhas of the three times, the fierce power of the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments is propelled by the wind, the introduction of the perfection of the power of action. Thus, the actions of the Sugatas are unobstructed like the power of the wind. Moreover, as it is said, "The wind is called the doer of all actions," just as the vessel world relies on the wind to support it and becomes the basis of support, sentient beings also rely on the wind, so as long as they do not leave the wind, life can exist, and once they leave the wind, they will die, so the power of the wind is very strong. Moreover, when other elements such as fire and water become helpers, it becomes very powerful. Therefore it is said: "In this world, the element of wind is the most powerful." Thus, one has obtained mastery over actions that pervade everything and are as powerful as the wind.

Thus, King Songtsen Gampo, with compassion like the wind, benefits sentient beings without obstruction; with compassion like the wind, observes sentient beings; does not grasp at the characteristics of things; like the wind, separates the pure from the impure of conceptual thoughts, thereby clarifying the nature of reality. This is not to be found elsewhere, but rather benefits sentient beings with the inseparability of compassion and emptiness. Thus it is said. Among these, the activities of the Dharmakaya and Sambhogakaya are actually always in the palace of the Dharmadhatu and the two of the radiant, dense array, constantly turning the wheel of Dharma. The activities of the Nirmanakaya, the common ones such as the teachings of Sutra and Tantra, and the uncommon ones such as the Great Perfection, the definitive supreme vehicle, although not outside the realm of humans and gods with special merit, the teachings of the activities of the image body, based on the inclinations of sentient beings and the blessings of the teacher, pervade the six realms, so the function of the activities is complete. Thus, taking the example of the fierce force of the wind being difficult to resist, it introduces the unobstructed and complete activities of the Sugatas. These are what Orgyen the Great said, and what the Great Perfection Oral Transmission Ah Hum Mara Panchen Bimala said. Nowadays, even great lamas only place crystals and bells on their heads, without giving introductions, so in order to understand the meaning of empowerment, I have elaborated a little. The necessity of this is: "The body empowerment is bestowed by the light of Manjushri, the union of appearance and emptiness is introduced." And so on, this is how it is introduced, not by placing crystals and the like on the head. This should be understood as an incidental point. From then on, the extremely pure empowerment is: showing the stainless mirror. Hum! (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Bhagavan Vajra Heruka (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ, Devanagari: भगवन् वज्र हेरुक, Romanized Sanskrit: bhagavan vajra heruka, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhagavan Vajra Heruka) From the Dharmadhatu, it is said: Initially, in the spontaneously accomplished place, the teacher is the single essence body, the retinue is the self-born conceptual thought, conceptual thought is stopped but cannot be stopped, remain spontaneously in the nature of the essence, great wisdom is clear in one taste, manifest enlightenment in self-liberation. The meaning of this is: initially, Buddha and sentient beings
