After the guidance, continue to practice as before, and without distraction, subdue the indivisibility of awareness and cognizance. Third, daily conduct: It is said, "Unite with the Buddha in all four times." The Great Perfection yogi should diligently engage in the continuous practice like a river of the four Dharmata wheels that possess the key points of uniting with the Buddha in all four times. Increasing appearances during the day is: In all post-meditation, without losing the self-sustaining nature of awareness, rest in the great, unobstructed view of non-duality and original liberation for all that appears and arises. If this is not possible, do not let awareness become unrestrained, but train in all dharmas as illusion-like, and send them into the realm of original purity. In the evening, gather the senses into their places: With the posture of the Nirmanakaya, visualize the central channel within the body, red and white, clear and straight, and in the center of the navel, a red four-petaled lotus, in the center of which is the syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) with the nature of fire, and on the crown of the head, the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) white with the nature of bliss. Expel stale air and practice vase breathing, or if unable, hold the breath and focus on the wisdom of bliss and warmth arising from the cause of burning and dripping. At midnight, enter awareness into the vase: With the previous posture and clear visualization of the central channel, in the center of the red four-petaled lotus in the heart, visualize the white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) blazing with light. Then, also visualize the white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) clearly on the crown of the head. Then, visualize twenty-one extremely subtle white syllables A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) between the two, like a rosary, and practice vase breathing or gentle breathing. Before going to sleep, the syllables A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) gradually dissolve into the syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) in the heart. Meditate on it as like a lamp burning in a vase within a closed lotus, and train to go to sleep with the intention of holding onto dreams. At dawn, establish self-luminous awareness: Immediately upon waking from sleep, with the posture of the Dharmakaya, fix the eyes on space and utter the three Ha sounds, opening the lotus in the heart. The white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) shoots out from the Brahma aperture and remains in the sky for the length of a bow, focus on this and hold the breath slightly outward. If awareness is agitated, draw it back and focus on it residing in the heart, while lowering the gaze. If dull, proceed as before, etc., according to one's constitution. Fourth, the arising of appearances and experiences, along with incidental circumstances: The self-sound of Dharmata manifests, and through familiarizing oneself with the objects of the senses, rainbows and light points appear.

E and, body and pure land increase further, the experience of that very nature is perfected, reaching a great measure, free from movement. The ultimate nature of reality is the realm of exhaustion, clear and uncompounded, it dissolves. It is said. By practicing as above, the sign of space is a halo of light, the sign of wisdom is a bindu, the sign of the body is appearing as a string of beads, so when awareness enters the realm of space, even seeing three bindus connected, all are the manifest appearances of reality. The boundary between space and awareness dissolves, appearing in the direct perception of the senses, so there are indefinite shapes such as the appearance of space standing upright and radiating light. The bindu gradually increases in size from the size of a bean to the size of a bowl, and the string of beads becomes clearer and more stable. The appearance of a half-body or a single body without movement in the bindu is the appearance of increasing experience. In each bindu, the mandala of the five families also appears, and such immeasurable rays of light filling the sky are connected to one's own body. Even without meditation, there is no change, which is the appearance of awareness reaching its measure. Outwardly, there is an increase in experiential appearance, inwardly, there is the dharma of the illusory body, and secretly, the mind of conceptual thoughts is exhausted, so one goes to the place of primordial liberation, which is the appearance of the exhaustion of reality. Thus, the four appearances quickly reach the limbs of completion, basing themselves on the three that do not move, measuring with the three that abide, nailing down with the three that are obtained, and showing the measure of liberation with the four confidences, which should also be understood as explained elsewhere. Third, the meaning of these is introduced: Students, the door restrains the key points of object, wind, and awareness. The introducer is made the basis of meditation, and the guru, the three bodies, the lineage, and all the retinue are visualized clearly. Generate unbearable and intense devotion and pray, and with the aspiration that "may the special realization of the profound path be born in my mind stream, bless me," arouse the mind stream. Finally, the guru and all the lineage dissolve into light and merge into the student, relaxing into the uncontrived state of knowledge. Using the appearance based on sunlight as an example, or symbolizing it with the mirror of Vajrasattva, say: Alas! Son of a fortunate lineage! The body and wisdom residing in oneself, appear when sunlight meets the eye, like appearing in a mirror of self-nature, liberation is attained by resting in the nature of appearance and emptiness, like a rainbow appearing in the glass of self-awareness, glas
