The practice of recitation is as follows: Although it is permissible to do the Samadhi of gathering and dispersing as usual, the main thing is: All appearances are the bodies of the Peaceful and Wrathful Ones. All sounds are the sounds of the essence. All memories and cognitions are the minds of the Peaceful and Wrathful Ones. Think of existence as the play of the Peaceful and Wrathful Ones. The pure eight objects, the eight offering Goddesses. Accomplishing the benefit of the six realms, the six Nirmanakaya Buddhas. The great wisdom gatekeepers, the eight Father and Mother. I prostrate and praise the forty-two Peaceful Ones! Hūṃ! The ultimate of ignorance, Buddha Heruka. The ultimate of hatred, Vajra Heruka. The ultimate of pride, Ratna Heruka. The ultimate of desire, Padma Heruka. The ultimate of jealousy, Karma Heruka. United with the great Mother of space, the five Wrathful Mothers. I prostrate and praise the ten blood-drinking Father and Mother! With great compassion, accomplishing the benefit of Yoginis. I prostrate to the eight place Mothers. I prostrate to the eight realm flesh-eating Mothers. I prostrate to the four gate-guarding Mothers. I prostrate to the twenty-eight Ishvaris. All the deities of the Peaceful and Wrathful Ones, from the past, are inseparable from me. I praise the non-dual deities in the realm of awareness. I pray that you bestow the supreme and ultimate Siddhi! Now begin the confession.

Conquerors, Shithro, Dakinis, masters of Dharma treasures, Emanations and assemblies of further emanations, Whatever has contradicted the minds of all of you, Unfelt, unknown, contradictory mistakes and deficiencies, The yogi, I, will replenish and confess. Thus recite, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. The practice of Tsok: Arrange the Tsok substances as available. Bless them with water, alcohol, and inner offering. Hūṃ!
