In the spontaneously present, pure palace of light, The essence of the lineage, the nature of the five wisdoms, I pray to the peaceful and wrathful assembly of the Sambhogakaya, Bless me to spontaneously accomplish the five kayas. In the supreme place of Akanishta, pure Dharmadhatu, The essence of the Victorious Ones' four kayas, the Dharma King, I pray to the Nirmanakaya, the Great Vajradhara, Bless me to realize self-arisen spontaneity. In the pure land of Great Bliss, Manifest Joy, Holding the secret of the minds of the Buddhas of the three times, I pray to the Teacher Vajrasattva, Bless me to be free from the elaboration of arising and ceasing. In the supreme place of the charnel ground, blazing with fire, The supreme emanation of the Buddhas of the three times, I pray to the Vidyadhara Garab Dorje, Bless me to dissolve the illusory body into clear light. In the charnel ground of the rough Sosa continent, Holding the ultimate essence, the treasury of meaning, I pray to the wise Shri Singha, Bless me to exhaust the limits of perception. In the palace of the Rakshasa Lotus Light, The compassionate protector of beings in the degenerate age, I pray to Orgyen Padma, Father and Mother, Bless me to obtain the power of awareness. In the solitary place of the Dharma Wheel, Great Bliss Island, The compassionate guide on the path of liberation in one lifetime, I pray to the Nirmanakaya Ratna Lingpa, Bless me to recognize the nature of the three kayas. From the very beginning, in the midst of the vast expanse of self-origination, I pray to the peaceful and wrathful deities of the Yidam, may I realize the union of appearance and emptiness. In the twenty-four sacred places of the Dakinis, grant supreme accomplishment to those who uphold their vows, I pray to the five classes of Dharma-protecting Dakinis, may I realize the union of bliss and emptiness. In the fierce command cycle of the natural vow, pacify outer and inner obstacles and destroy the forces of demons, I pray to the ocean of oath-bound Dharma protectors, may adverse circumstances and obstacles be pacified. Wherever you dwell, may it be a pure sacred place of self-manifestation, abandoning this life, may I traverse the bhumis and paths in an instant, I pray to all Dharma-practicing brothers and sisters, may I attain the kingdom of accomplishment. May I be blessed to directly see the nature of reality, may experiences and perceptions increase, may wisdom reach its culmination, may the nature of reality be brought to its exhaustion. I pray for the well-being of the Lama's body and mind, I pray for the supreme longevity of life, I pray for the flourishing and expansion of activities, may I always be blessed with inseparable union. This is called the "Prayer Wish-Fulfilling Jewel." This is the order of the Longchen Nyingthig prayer. The yogi of Longyang Chokzhak, Ratna Lingpa, composed this on the sixth day of the fifth month of the Dog year at the secluded place of Pelden Zhongkha. ༄༅། །The Longchen Nyingthig Prayer, a Cloud of Blessings, is present. Namo Guru Siddhi Hum Hrih Om Ah Hum. I pray to the primordial Dharmakaya Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, may you empower me with blessings, in the original ground of primordial purity, free from elaboration, may I be liberated in this very moment. I pray to the spontaneously accomplished, self-luminous Sambhogakaya peaceful and wrathful deities, may you empower me with blessings, the body of uncontaminated light endowed with the five wisdoms, may I accomplish this in this very life. I pray to the compassionate Nirmanakaya Vajradhara, may you empower me with blessings, may I swiftly traverse the Dharmadhatu, where grasping and fixation are purified. I pray to Vajrasattva, the essence of the three kayas, may you empower me with blessings, the self-born wisdom, the immutable Vajra body, may I swiftly accomplish it. I pray to the great Vidyadhara Garab Dorje, I pray, may I accomplish this in this very life, may the afflicted aggregates be transformed into a body of uncontaminated light.
