Thus, the obstacles of body, inner and outer, are pacified. From this and so on, immeasurable benefits arise, this is the key point. Furthermore, thinking, "I will accumulate the gathering of the body for the benefit of all sentient beings," generate such a mind. Then, visualizing one's own mind as Vajrayogini, by uttering "Phat! (ཕཊ།)", it shoots out from the heart to the crown of the head and appears in front of oneself. From the three "Kim (ཀིཾ།)" syllables, erect three large skull tripods in front. Then, Yogini, with the curved knife in her right hand, completely severs one's own skull from the eyebrow level and places it on the skull tripod. Then, with the curved knife, chop one's own body, flesh, bones, senses, and limbs completely and pour them into the tripod. By uttering "Om (ཨོཾ་, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), Hum (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum)" three times, from below, wind arises from "Yam (ཡཾ, Devanagari: य, Romanization: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yam)", shaking; fire blazes from "Ram (རཾ, Devanagari: र, Romanization: raṃ, Literal meaning: Ram)"; the substances in the skull boil. By uttering the three syllables and stirring with the curved knife, visualize the nature of the five meats and five nectars turning into a white light. Then, from Vajrayogini, emanate a multitude of Yoginis identical to oneself, white, yellow, red, blue, green, and so on, immeasurable. Each of them holds a kapala bowl in their hands, taking from the great ocean of nectar, first offering the essence to the Kagyu lineage lamas. Then, offer to the mandala of the yidam deities, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. The middle part is used to fulfill the samaya of all the dakinis, dharma protectors, and oath-bound guardians. The last part is also used to repay the karmic debts of the six realms of beings. Pacify all past karmas and sudden calamities. Furthermore, visualize that all the obstructing spirits, demons, local deities, landowners, curses, black magic, subjugations, flesh-eating ghosts, phurbas, substitute tormas, and those who create obstacles to life are all satisfied, satiated, and delighted. Please the Jewels, fulfill the dakinis and dharma protectors, delight and satisfy the guests of the six realms and so on, thinking that they are joyful, radiant, and laughing "Haha, Tiri Tiri" with delight. Pray to them for the fulfillment of desires and conclude with dedication and aspirations. Dedicate the roots of virtue to unsurpassed Bodhi. Thus, by pleasing the Jewels, one can restore broken samayas; by pleasing the dakinis and dharma protectors, one can protect against inner and outer obstacles; by repaying karmic debts, one can purify karmic obscurations, and by abandoning self-grasping, one can gain control over phenomenal existence.

Gather together, and with the help of gods and demons, strive to accumulate extremely profound merit. Fourth, practice the meditation and recitation of the Hundred Syllable Mantra, which is, fundamentally, the vows of body, speech, and mind, and the purification of the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. When one has attained stability in the essence of the Dharmakaya, which is beyond the intellect, although there is no protector or protected, no purifier or purified, for sentient beings who have not realized this, this alone can purify the five inexpiable sins in an instant, and has the meaning of uprooting samsara from its foundation. That is, above one's own ordinary head, in the sky about a cubit away, on a sun and moon lotus seat, visualize the Lama Vajrasattva, whose body color is like crystal, in a posture like a king at play, adorned with silk and jeweled ornaments. At the center of the moon mandala in his heart, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), surrounded by the Hundred Syllable Mantra. From that, light radiates out and dissolves into the hearts of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis, transforming into the nature of nectar. The entire inside of the body is filled with immaculate wisdom nectar, like milk, flowing from the big toe of the right foot, nara ra. It descends gradually from the crown of one's head, filling the body, so that all the sins, obscurations, and impairments of body, speech, and mind are purified, turning black and flowing out from the soles of the feet, the anus, and all the pores of the skin, visualizing it flowing down below the nine layers of the earth, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, all phenomena and beings dissolve into Vajrasattva. Vajrasattva dissolves into the garland of the Hundred Syllable Mantra. The garland also dissolves downwards from the crown of the head, reaching the heart. From the outside inwards, it gathers into the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). The syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) melts into white nectar. One's own body, channels, and elements are all filled with immaculate wisdom nectar. Visualize that the body, speech, and mind of Vajrasattva and one's own body, speech, and mind are inseparably mixed together, and rest for a moment in the state of unconditioned, primordial purity. Then recite the usual confession prayers, etc., and generate certainty that all impairments, sins, and obscurations are completely purified. This is a special method of purifying obscurations to restore impairments in the Unsurpassed Yoga Tantra, which purifies the karmic obscurations of thousands of kalpas. Because by relying on this, one can also purify broken vows and the five inexpiable sins, if a yogi practices diligently, he will attain Buddhahood by this alone.
