Lost in the senses. That too is like the sky, clear and knowing, like the space at the tip of a needle, clear and bright, its essence distinct, clear, spacious, light, and soft. This is it. In the field of the eye, the appearance of form is inseparable from emptiness; in the field of the ear, the sound is inseparable from emptiness; the nose has smells, the tongue has tastes, the body has sensations, and whatever appears in the mind, whether happiness or suffering, is clear emptiness, open and unadorned. Abide in the natural state. The four times are: morning and afternoon, dusk and dawn. Do not be separated from it when walking and sitting, eating, and speaking. In this way, by taking appearances as friends, shamatha and vipashyana are blended together, appearances arise as friends, adverse conditions arise as gurus, the power of emptiness arises, and act in the dharmakaya, which is as vast as the sky. First, in the stage of shamatha, the experience arises like a young woman experiencing pleasure, and the result is the arising of direct perception of the eye consciousness. In the stage of post-meditation, one transcends the words of meditating and not meditating, and the result is the arising of various kinds of direct perception. Without clinging to anything, when shamatha and vipashyana are united, there is nothing that can be grasped as real, and the result is knowing the minds of others. The signs of the maturation of power are: ignorance itself arises as wisdom, recognizing one's own mind and shortcomings, being able to emanate into other bodies, and the result is being able to remember past lives. Then, when the day and night appearances are half mixed, the nature of the mind is liberated into wisdom, and one no longer takes birth, and the result is the arising of direct perception of death and birth. The samadhi that blends day and night is like the sun, one attains the dharmakaya for one's own benefit, primordial purity takes its own place, and it is impossible to regress into delusion. The two form bodies, like sunbeams, benefit sentient beings until samsara is empty, and the result is the arising of uncontaminated direct perception. Ema! Look at the fearless gaze of wisdom that cannot be seen, the original meditation that transcends meditation, its essence clear. Behavior is unconstrained. Appearances meet and separate, and the result is attaining that which cannot be attained, transcending names, and being beyond words. Whoever understands this key will attain the all-penetrating state of Buddhahood. Padmasambhava, the supreme holder of my lineage. All suffering and meditation obstacles are pacified in the space of wisdom, and this work called "The Jewel Ornament that Pacifies All Suffering and Meditation Obstacles" is completed. ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ(Tibetan, ओ आः हूँ,o āḥ hūṃ,body, speech, and mind). Samaya. རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ(Tibetan, seal, seal, seal). གཏེར་རྒྱ(Tibetan, treasure seal). སྦས་རྒྱ(Tibetan, hidden seal). ཟབ་རྒྱ(Tibetan, profound seal). དམ་རྒྱའོ(Tibetan, oath seal). Great Perfection Heart Essence ཧཱུྃ(Tibetan, हूँ,hūṃ,seed syllable)ྃ Cycle: The practice of Tummo (fierce heat) is thus established. With the five wisdom winds, ignite the great bliss fire; with the power of self-arising bindus, generate great warmth; with the awareness of the inseparability of samsara and nirvana, wind and mind, demonstrate the supreme path endowed with skillful means. For those yogis who wish to practice in this life and the next, covering the body with clothes may become an obstacle to practice. Therefore, in order to make the warmth and bliss burn like fire, there is a teaching on attaining Buddhahood without the need for clothes. It is explained through three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. First, the preliminary practice: Rest for a moment in the natural state. Arrange the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, with legs stretched out and relaxed. Then, curl the four big toes inward, and gently exhale three times, medium strength three times, and small strength three times. Then, slowly inhale silently, and press down below the navel together with a drop of saliva. When inhaling, straighten the upper body, contract the lower body twice, but do not tightly close the lower gate, maintain a natural posture, and do not hold your breath. Slightly bend the neck, and place a piece of wood between the teeth. Then, hold one breath as long as possible, stretch the four parts of the body, bend the waist back and forth. To eliminate, emit three "Ha" sounds from the chest cavity, and stretch and bend the limbs three times like throwing a rope. These are all preliminary practices, so it is very important to master them well and not make mistakes. Then comes the main practice: Cross one leg into the eye, fold the body three times, cross the hands, and bind the two fleshy parts of the arms. Tie with a waistband, press the knees with the elbows, curl the two thumbs, and slightly raise the neck. Visualize your body as a red-hot iron pot, completely red. Meditate on this emptiness for three days. Then, visualize a triangular fire mandala emerging from below the navel, as high as a blacksmith's newly taken flame from the coal fire. Meditate on this for three days. Above it, visualize Tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།), the color is red, the touch is hot, marked with the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ་, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable RAM), with its tip reaching below the heart. Then the throat, then the crown of the head, then the inside of the body is filled, and the parts that cannot be contained come out from the pores, visualize becoming the ornament on the crown of the Dakini, a Damaru (skull drum) sounding loudly.
