Recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Maṃ Pheṃ Pheṃ Yom Ha Ho Hūṃ Hūṃ Samaya Ja Jaḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ, and burn a large amount of fat, strike the skull drum, the leg bone trumpet, and make loud music. These are the meaning empowerments of the generation stage. The meaning empowerment of the completion stage is: giving nectar, introducing the state of self-awareness being released into clarity, self-awareness being emptiness, clarity, equality, non-mixture, non-conceptuality, and self-liberation, introducing them as the five: Dharmadhatu Dakini, Vajra Dakini, Ratna Dakini, Padma Dakini, and Karma Dakini. Afterwards, greatly perform the joy of the gathering. Hūṃ. Third, the subsequent activity of benefiting others with the command seal, which has three parts: benefiting others, entrusting the seal, and command exhortation. First, on the night after the completion of the empowerment, guidance, and supporting teachings, giving permission to those who accomplish the benefit of others is: arranging the gathering offering as before, praying to the lineage of lamas, placing the vidyadhara's torma on the head, and saying: O, son of the lineage, bestow profound empowerments upon immeasurable beings, teach the Dharma, and greatly accomplish the benefit of beings with love and compassion! Say this three times. Afterwards, rejoice with the gathering wheel. Second, the entrusting seal is: the excellent disciple holds the oral transmission as a single lineage, so that it remains in the world for a long time, thereby greatly benefiting beings. Therefore, one should regard the lama as a Buddha, generate faith in the instructions, possess wisdom and compassion, and act for the accomplishment of the benefit of others: apply the nectar drop to the three places, generate the five Buddhas and five Dakinis in the five chakras, and from above and the four directions, invite all the lamas and the retinue of Vairochana Buddha Dakini, and think that by dissolving into the crown of the head, the benefit of beings through the body is accomplished without obstruction, and recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Guru Siddhi Phala Hari Nisa Abhiṣiñca Mi. And, may the benefit-arising precious dakinis, etc., dissolve into the navel, accomplishing the activity of merit. All the lamas and, the meaning-accomplishing activity dakinis, etc., dissolve into the secret place, accomplishing the activity of activity. All the lamas and, the heroes and dakinis, the peaceful and wrathful, the vast mandala descends like rain, dissolving into all places inside and outside the body. Think of the activity as extremely vast. The body support, the peaceful and wrathful deity image; the speech support, the Heart Drop scripture; the mind support, the Vajrasattva mirror, place them in the three places. Oh! Son of the lineage, you have been entrusted with the secret great dakini Heart Drop teachings of the minds of all the Buddhas. Therefore, you should not look to the desires and fame of this life, and being free from the bonds of self-interest, show the profound instructions to others with good fortune as much as you can. Seal it with a seal, and in the future, widely transmit the teachings to one with good fortune. Enjoy it yourself, and make the benefit of others perfect. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru siddhi phala hari nisa puṣṭiṃ kuru ye svāhā. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) After reciting, give the nectar from the mandala and say auspicious and vast. Afterwards, offer a golden mandala and make great joy with the feast gathering. Third, the entrustment: In order to protect the compassionate one who delights in benefiting others from obstacles, the entrustment is to be done. Place the fierce torma of the protector on the head, as the root and lineage of all the holy lamas have entrusted and abide by the vows. To all the fierce and evil enemies and obstructors who create obstacles and steal accomplishments, all the powerful protectors, the holy Dharma protectors who perform the activity of manifestation, and especially the powerful mantra mistress, the life-accomplishing mother, the king of planets and his retinue, the ocean of oath-bound treasure protectors of the dakini Heart Drop, all of you, give help and great assistance to this fortunate son of the lineage, so that all the entrusted activities may be spontaneously accomplished. Recite this three times, and make the joy of the feast gathering, beautiful songs and dances, and widely recite auspicious verses.
